Me and my friends attended this Applebees and were quite impressed with how well organized the restaurant was and how well mannered the staff was. The bartender Mr.Stapels made the best drinks I have had in a while lol. I highly recommend requesting him. The new management under Mrs.Shawnee has certainly changed my view of this restaurant near UCF. 10/10

The food is sub par, the service was ok. The place was dead when we arrived, that should have been our first clue, but I didn't pick it. It smelled like old honey mustard at our table, yuck! The food was bland, and only luke warm. It did not taste like freshness or quality. The menu had no descriptions of the dishes so there was confusion about ingredients and sides. My friends food came out 10 mins after everyone else's. The server seemed flustered even though it was dead, the manager never inquired as to our satisfaction. No comp was offered due to these issues. Will NEVER be back!

Went to this branch for dinner tonight and have to wait for 30 minutes to be seated . Once got seated and ordered foods like started a new nachos appetizer which is the ground beef fried a little and just put on top on the chips , hubby ordered fish and chips that is greasy and forgot to include the sides, then I order the crunchy shrimp and what it is is just frozen shrimp . Both hubby and I did not finish our dinner and the server is asking if we want to take it to go and we say NO. I used to like Applebee's a long time ago and I think if this place needs to get a new management to know what a better food to serve to people . Don't even try to go this branch and waste your money.

My first experience at an Applebee's and it was horrible. Food had no flavor. Queso was lukewarm and guacamole was brown. The spinach dip tasted like warm spinach water. For how shitty it was, it was too expensive. Too bad, I wanted to like it. It was not worth walking in the rain for. Damn.

First time at this location. Kelsey was great!!! The food was good but the chicken was a bit hard, the rice was a tad but dry and the guac was a little limey. Very clean eating areas but the bathroom was... Not a lot of patrons and a mask is required. Plenty of handicapped parking available. Check out my pics and video for more info.

This place is better off closed. Worst Applebee's I have ever been to. There are less than 5 tables seated in the restaurant yet we still had to wait almost 10 minutes to just order waters. Food came out cold and bland. Staff is standing around talking to each other rather than helping their tables. So much potential for a fun environment but they don't care about our business. Everyone here needs a vibe check.

I don't usually have bad experiences at Applebee's but this one I can only describe as surreal. The greeter seemed disoriented, it took a few waiters before they figured who was assigned to our table and service was cordial but unusually slow and disorganized (it took a while before someone realized we didn't have a place setting and napkins).I was told it was because the place was too busy though it was hardly at 20% capacity, maybe less? The onion rings were borderline burnt, which made we wonder what would happen with the main course. My wife's coleslaw wasn't fresh, but her baby backs were good.The saving grace was that the other patrons were equally amused, and the lime chicken and shrimp dinner was surprisingly good.

Used to be good before the pandemic. Now they removed the chicken Parm and they aren't keeping the place clean. There are are roaches literally crawling on the tables. I would avoid this place.

Every time i go to this Applebees they are slow, the servers arent the best and i wait forever for my food. I've been 3 times ( wanted to give them benefit of the doubt due to COVID) each time was worse than the other. There was maybe 5 tables in the whole place with people at them and they said there was a wait. We waited and waited. I work for a fast casual restaurant and we have issues due to covid but thats because we have like 3 to 4 people working on shift at a time (including the cooks and manager). But, for a big chain like this they should step up or close the doors.

Applebee’s is by far one of my favorite restaurants and I frequently visit this location as I live across from UCF so this is convenient for me.I have always had a pleasant experience coming but today it was awful.I walked in with my friend and we stood in the front while the Host Zachary just stood there and didn’t greet us.Finally he looked up and said “follow me” with a monotone voice so we did.He tried to seat us at a table that was not wiped down and the floor had pieces of food on it. I asked kindly if we could please be seated at a clean table and he brought us to a table and wiped with a a paper towel and water.This is not the experience I expect from a customer service role, but I understand everyone has their days I just want to make sure something is said so it doesn’t continue to happen.Once our lovely server Tyler came he really changed the experience.He was very nice and made sure we got everything we needed and he also got us the manager Manny who said that he will pull Zachary to the side and speak with him.I hope this issue gets resolved, otherwise the experience was great.-Ashley

Food was delicious. However, they only had a few staff. About 2 or maybe 3 staff in the restaurant. The staff get a gold star for doing the best they could.
