Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food was decent, as much as you can expect to receive at Applebee's. Server was fast, efficient, and provided good service.

Very slow service , and not customer acknowledgement either. Waited 30 min for server to get our drinks. They should have more personal to keep up with customers.

Had one of the new bowls, chicken Mac and cheese, really good but I think next time no bacon. Service was great

The service we received was above and beyond amazing. Esteban was fantastic. He checked on us multiple times. Cake back to make sure we got our drink/food and if it was good. My sister and I were not feeling the Mac and cheese and he brought over the manager Sean who was super accommodating and understanding and took the meals off since we didn’t eat any of it. Esteban explained that not everyone likes it, it’s a different sauce then what’s in a normal Mac and cheese. My sister and I did enjoy the mega daiquiri and the awesome straw it came with. Everyone was so friendly and they were quick with correcting the situation. Will absolutely be going back again for appys and drinks.

The only reason i went here the last time was because my x wife likes the place. And she was leaving the U.S. I am not a fan of Applebee's. After being charged for flavored lemonade almost the same price for an alcoholic beverage. I.E. no refills i have yet to return to this establishment. Now that my x is coming back stateside i don't really see any visits in the near future. She might go and if she does it will be by herself. But don't let my experience sway you from not trying this place out for yourself. After all this is just my experience.

Absolutely aweful. We waited 16 minutes after being seated and I had to ask for the manager to complain about the poor service. He encouraged us to stay. We did, the service was still terrible. Had to wait over 7 minutes for the check after asking for it. Manager cut the price of the Bill, but not as much as he should have.

This Applebee's location is not even deserving of 1 star. We went for supper in the evening time, (1/1/2020). The employees seemed very confused about what they needed to be doing, there was ZERO representation of teamwork. Service was slow and lacked accuracy. I asked for a specific item 3 different times and still never received it. We had to remind our server 3 different times that we ordered an appetizer & it finally came out just a few minutes before for the check. We were never offered refills, thank goodness our 2 year old didn't seem thirsty because once I finished my water down strawberry lemonade I was drinking out of a kids cup for the rest of our visit. We asked for a to go box 3 different times and it was finally brought out just as I was finished signing the bill(which received no tip)!! side note: we usually add around 25% tip to our bill when we eat out so when we leave $0 it is for great reason!! Take your business to Millers Ale House which is next door!! That is where we will be going from here on out!! We will never go back to this Applebee's!! The Hunters Creek location needs major help!!

Always have a problem with car side pick up. Rude staff, left on hold for 10 minutes and charged twice without refund although they said they would 0/10.

The food could have used a bit more flavor, but the service was amazing. The people who work there were attentive and kind.

Great food. Friendly staff. My servers name was Shelly and she was amazing. Ask for Shelly! She had other tables but still made time to give us a genuine experience. I will be back because of her.
