Came for breakfast while we stayed for 6 nights. The kids eat free with a paying adult option for the buffet is a nice perk. The quality of the Breakfast is fine. They do have Mickey waffles. Served Paul is the man!

Worst experience I had in a long time over a hour for drinks ..food came out cold we didn't even eat it we ask for a manager but he only came out when we didn't want to pay for our meals..I came with a party of 12 and was there for almost 3 hours They need new management the poor guy clearly can't manage that place

We arrived at the restaurant, we're greeted by the server and we're lead to our seats. Waitress had no personality, somewhat rude and looked like she didn't even want to be there. We all ordered the Big Cluckin' Chicken sandwich with fries, which wasn't even on the menu but was supposed to be, our food came out, first bite into the chicken was stringy and the breading was not even cooked and the fries we're cold. Never had this happen, but all 4 plates of chicken sandwiches were sent back. Not one time did she apologize, all of us then ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger. The patty looked frozen and the Burger tasted like a McDonalds Bacon Cheeseburger. I'm thinking they just gave us the fries back we had on our other plates because they were not freshly cooked and still cold. We all ate because we were hungry, paid the check and left. Would not recommend eating here at all.

We were greeted promptly by the hostess and seated quickly. She was Very friendly. Our Server Corrine Really made our Dining experience, exceptional. She was very attentive, came back several times to check on us and was friendly and really sweet. The food was good and was served quickly. Overall, we had a great dining experience.

We returned a second time during our trip for a quick lunch snack as the food, server and atmosphere are great. Our server Kevin was amazing and friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered our food and drinks and it came in a reasonable time with a smile and a cheer. We ordered wedges as our side order instead of fries and he apologized. His fault and will get it taken care of right away. The wedges came out piping hot and crispy in quick fashion. Thank you Kevin. He was quick, efficient, good sense of humour, attentive and great with small chat. This is the kind of server all restaurants need to have you coming back for more.

A very varied menu with options to suit all types of customers. It offers healthy meals as well as burgers and fries. The night staff is very friendly and attentive. Very good value for money for Brazilians.
First and last time I eat in this place. More than 35 minutes passed and they didn't even bring the dishes. I asked the waitress and without caring she said that they weren't there yet, after 5 minutes she brought all the dishes at the same time (soup, main dish) the meats were overcooked, the soup was cold and with its components, soaked due to the time it took. He was waiting to be picked up by the waitress. The worst experience with applebees.

First of all, our server, Kathlyn, was great and very attentive. That being said, the food in this place was disappointing, to say the least.
My wife ordered the four cheese mac & cheese with honey pepper chicken fingers and I got the riblets platter. Although the restaurant was full, the wait time for the food wasn’t that long.
The food, though, was as bland as a boiled chicken breast. The ribs came with almost no sauce on, and they were cold and dry. The four cheese mac and cheese lacked of any seasoning, creaminess or taste and the pasta was overcooked. I think the only tasty thing on the table was the honey pepper chicken fingers.
