I stay 2 night last weekend
Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that
But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out
But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and charge me for the thing I don’t even use , I Stay at many 5 star hotel, never stay at a hotel like this , I'm very disappointed
Wish they would investigate who make the Tv damage , and send my money back ,also everyone should be careful what you stay , because if even 5 star hotel would do this.imagine the price they make you to pay is even more than 535 usd…. This is so crazy

Overall, a really great resort. The buildings are all really clean and so are the villas. What i was really impressed by is that each of the bedrooms in our Flat had a tremendous bathroom. They were all huge, modetn looking, and well designed. The staff there are really helpful and friendly. In the food hall, they have Craft Burger. They truly make one of the best burgers I have ever had. The fitness center has great equipment as well. My kids loved the big blue slide water slide as well. The reason that i gave it 4 stars is because of the water temperature. In the main beach area, it is freezing! I did the rope swing and immediately after doing it, I had to get into the hot tub. And it takes ALOT for me to get cold. If they could warm the water somewhat, it would be perfect. Overall, a very nice stay

Played a round of golf on the Links course then off to the bar at lake side to watch some thanksgiving football. Outstanding resort and amenities but very pricey.
Nearby activities: Two very different golf courses on site in pristine condition. Well worth the stay.

Stayed in the 4 bedroom hotel suits sleeping 11 and it was phenomenal. Probably the best accommodations I've ever stayed in, just completely next level in every respect had an amazing time!

Fabulous resort designed for large families or reunions; a few miles from Disney World. Multiple restaurants and food court (best coffee). Private man-made lagoon for kayaking, swimming and a diving swing platform.
Rooms: All the rooms are en-suites. It doesn’t matter if you’re staying in a villa or in a house.
Nearby activities: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, etc
Walkability: The resort looks big but if bet walkable. They also have trolleys that take you around the resort.
My son had his after-party here ! Really great should have brought my swimsuit!

We came to visit family here for thanksgiving, it was really fun and comfortable. There was a special section for kids that my niece enjoyed a lot. Food was also good and the room had all the necessary stuff to handle ourselves for family dinners

We stayed in the flats over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The room was awesome and very clean. The employees were very friendly. The grounds are beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the slide as well as the lagoon. Highly recommend!!

Special shout out to Mr David in activities - by day 2 the 10 kids we had 12 and under were actively looking forward for him around the resort, Mikey bartending at the Landing who went out of his way to accommodate special orders and Polly at pool for always having a smile and a kind word
