I stopped in for lunch and also to come lunch from my son and it was very good. The drink machine was out of ice and four of the drink selections that I've tried was flat I had to ask for ice and a drink refill from the drive-thru window area.

Probably the fanciest Arbys Ive ever been in. Staff was sweet and speedy. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Seemed a little understaffed but not bad. Good spot to hop off on the way out of town.

Very poor experience there. Stood at cashier for about 5 minutes because they were sweeping the floor and stocking the cabinets. When my food was ready,the cook had to actually bag it and give it to me. Would not go back again. 7-ELEVEN had better service across the street.

When I went inside to order my food..ordered one thing I got another...I went back to the restaurant and talked to the people who worked there....and talked to the manager...the manger thought I asked for something else and they didn't give me the fries that I had ordered with my food....not going back to this location...on top of that I asked for a large meals as well....i would give this restaurant a zero star
Very disappointed, I went at 11:00 AM, thinking the food would at least b fresh, nope not the case at all, I ordered a #12 in which it was very dry nd the wrap was very hard, not fresh tenders…. Just the day before I went to the one on Kirkman was totally awesome I had ordered the exact same thing… what a huge difference!!!! So to say this I will definitely be buying from the location on Kirkman where the food is fresh nd made edible….
