Awful. Just got back from there. The other negative reviews on here are accurate, these people can't get orders right at this location. There were no other customers in there but somehow they still managed to give me the wrong order and the roast beef was burned and tasted gross. AVOID.

This location did not honor the Irish add that they sent out. The other location, Lee vista, apopka, honor the deal. This is my second negative occurrence with this location. AVOID THIS LOCAL!!!!! My food was also cold...why?

I’ve decided to eat at Arby’s on this past Wednesday and I was completely disgusted when I went inside to place my order. Not only was my order wrong and I wasn’t given an item that I ordered, but there was an altercation at this Arby’s that left me and a few other people disgusted. A worker whose name is Kiley, pushed another worker and caused a scene while there were customers in the lobby. If I would have known that the atmosphere at this restaurant was like this, I would have ordered elsewhere. I’m not sure why the altercation happened and what made the worker assault the other, but it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. For customers to have a messed up order and to witness discrimination in a workplace, it’s disappointing.

Everything is bad here. Sandwich had old nasty roast beef on it, fries were ice cold, ordered a regular drink and got a diet one… work too far away to go back. But this is BS for fast food.

Without a doubt, the worst burgers. Was the worst tasting chicken burger I ever had and was dry. BUT, the jalapeño bites were sooo good and the customer service is great.
