I like Arby’s well enough, when the food is cooked the way it’s ordered. I just received my order through Ubereats and these roast beef sandwiches were ordered with crispy onion strings and red ranch. They both have raw onion and are covered, sopping wet and soggy, in something that smells like spaghetios sauce. This is not crispy onion strings nor is it red ranch. I don’t know how you mess up two sandwiches this badly but they are inedible, gross. I am irritated bc with Uber eats I can’t get any money back but I can’t eat this food, it’s disgusting. The curly fries are freezing cold and the beef and cheddar is soaked in the same spagettio sauce and cheddar sauce is leaking out of the foil. What is going on there tonight? Disgusting

What an absolute disappointment… got a Reuben meal curly fries and some jalapeño poppers. First off whole the heck serves the heel of bread on a Reuben then the other slice is stale and corners hard as a rock . Curly fries were bits and pieces not a single curly to be found… poppers were undercooked and gelatinous. Absolutely terrible . Needs better management

Awful. Just got back from there. The other negative reviews on here are accurate, these people can't get orders right at this location. There were no other customers in there but somehow they still managed to give me the wrong order and the roast beef was burned and tasted gross. AVOID.
