Such wonderful staff at the Titusville Arby’s location. Ms Murphy and another staff member, whose name I sadly do not remember, went out of their way to fix a problem I had with my app. They were very kind and understanding. Although my app sent my order to another location (many miles away) Ms Murphy still gave me my order at her restaurant. She also patiently showed me how I could ask for a refund for the order that was sent to the other restaurant. We really need more kindness like I experienced tonight at Arby’s in this world. ?

I LOVE this location. They hire the BEST staff. Andrea helped me today and she was so pleasant and patient despite their intercom system being down. They never get my order wrong and are always the sweetest most patient staff. They all deserve raises and more recognition!

Visited this location, and won't again. There were only 2 people in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get what I ordered, this has never happened at any other Arby's location that I've gone to over the years. Another thing is they were out of roast beef, never have that happen before either, and I wanted 2 classic roast beef sandwiches, had to settle for chicken... Lastly, I missed the bus going home, since it took so long to get my order, and that bus runs every hour. Not a good experience at all there.

Phenomenal.. been here twice and they're always awesome.. foods fresh, employees have impeccable manners. Update: unfortunately when I opened my beef and cheddars I found the smallest portion of roast beef I've ever seen on a sandwich. On not one but all 4... Tried calling the restaurant but got a number not in service message... Not happy...
