I eat Arby’s quite a lot, and yesterday I ordered the steak nuggets, with fries and a drink, but something was off, and when I started to eat my nuggets, I realized the were cut to smaller pieces, when I go to other locations I get chunky nuggets, but today at this location I feel shorted. In the image you can see these nuggets were cut in half.

Ordered the steak bites meal. The bites tasted more like brisket. Very, very dry brisket. Curly fries and drink were fine. Steak bites, horrible.

I'm normally not the guy to complain but my visit today really got under my skin.... So I got the Mac and cheese.... While pulling it out the bag, I realized I had no way to eat it in my bag, then I looked at the prep label on the bottom and it was supposed to be used by 10am yesterday and its 430pm today so over 24hours expired.... Guess I'll need to find somewhere else to go for lunch now

Always good service at this location and most Arbys, today trying the new steak Philly It was soooo misrepresented by corporate More like cheese sauce with some beef that had chunks of cartilage,why corporate thought this was a good product for their loyal customers Do better corporate, I cant blame the location for this absolute garbage you made them sell Subway has a better Philly and they are the bottom of the barrel
