Juduthe assisted me in my order. We went to Arby's because we needed change for our $50, and we were hungry. We ordered strategically to have the correct change. When we received our money back we noticed that it was short on change and Juduthe excuse was distasteful. She went back to the register and gave us our additional change. What made it more concerning is when I looked at the receipt she put that we gave her a $20, not a $50. Seems to me that this is something they're accustomed of doing.

I was in Arby’s tonight and had one the better experiences in recent years at a fast food restaurant the young who were there Z and Quinn were very helpful to ensure my order was fresh and correct great customer service.

Don’t have a chance to eat here very often but as far as fast food goes this is one of the cleanest and best run around. Shenelle was incredibly polite and helped us figure out how to use the app, for a fast food place there is nothing to complain about.

I just came from there Kirkman location and ordered 2 wraps for $11.49 each the cashier told me the total was $26 and change. After doing my calculations I realized she overcharged me. I pointed out to her that the price had to be incorrect even with taxes she then told me the price on the board is wrong and the actual price is $12.49 so I told her that that’s not me the customers fault the price is wrong and I should be charged the price that’s quoted she told me it’s not her fault either slam the window and took my card until I had to get irritated to get my money back. I wish I had her name because she needs to be fired!!! This happened at Kirkman road around 2 pm

This is not the first time that I have come to this location in the evening and there is one single employee there running the whole store. One person. One person to be the cashier, run the drive thru and cook the food. The manager of this restaurant should be ashamed to allow such a scenario to even happen. Not only are you putting so much stress on the one employee but you are also ensuring customers have a terrible experience.
