I recently visited this Arby's location and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was flavorful, fresh, and prepared exactly as ordered. I ordered several items, including the Big Cheesy Bacon Beef Burger Meal, kids' slider meals, jalapeño bites, and mozzarella sticks. Everything had great taste, and the portions were satisfying.
The customer service was equally impressive. The staff member who assisted me, Jose, was friendly, attentive, and made sure the order was accurate. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, making
it a pleasant place to dine in.
Overall, this Arby's location delivered great food and outstanding service. I will definitely return and recommend it to others.

Very bad place to eat old, bad-tasting food. The fries are stale, and the steak nuggets are a rip-off; they only serve fat and no meat, and they're very small. Overall, a very unpleasant experience thats why always is empty.

Had to wait on food. Ordered in, but took out. Curly fries and chicken strips overcooked. Asked if they gave me sauce. They said that they had. Got home and no sauce. Gave the roast beef to the dog. There was no Arby sauce in the pump container inside. Floor was sticky. Will not go back.. Understaffed.

Ordered online because we were sick and didn't want to go in. Picked up the order and didnt realize they forgot a sandwhich until we got home. Called and asked to be refunded the amount of only the sandwhich and was told no, we could come get a sandwhich one day this week. Ridiculous, I dont want to waste the gas to go back. I just want the money for the sanwhich I didn't get refunded. Terrible service and policy. Won't be wasting my money here again, many better place in Orlando.

Went through the drive-thru and found a large, very LIVE roach in my fries in the bag when I opened it at home. I drove back and went inside. I demanded my money back. An employee, I assume the MOD, quickly worked to get my money. While that was happening another employee walked out from the back. Looked at me. I opened the bag to show them the roach. The roach decided that the fries weren't enough so it FLEW out of the bag, past the employee who watched the roach fly into the 4th tray on the bread rack behind her that was full of buns. She didn't say a word, turned and walked into the back. Never once acknowledged me or the flying roach now hanging out in the bread rack. This place used to be really good but it's not so good these days. Avoid this place. Have had 2 previous poor visits before this one that I had not posted because everyone has a bad day sometimes but flying freakin roaches in my food is too much.

I’m only giving 5 stars because the manager (I don’t know his name but he works the night shift often) was understandably overwhelmed due to it only being one other person on his shift with him and apparently that’s a norm (you guys should seriously consider aiding him with more help, that’s a lot to take on for just two people). Anyways, the manager felt as if he was a bit rude to me in tone, so he apologized, gave me a couple of extra items free of charge, and my food was fresh, and delicious! I seriously appreciated his effort to make things right and I 100% empathize and sympathize with his circumstances. I truly hope things get better for this location, and its workers. I love coming here, it’s the only Arby’s I will go to in Orlando and it’s close to my home.

There was nobody in the friers when I came here to eat, and they took a long time to make my order, and when It came the fries were almost frozen like if they took them from the cooler and just put them in my food, they should really hire more people in here because the workers look overwhelmed.
