Went through the drive-thru and found a large, very LIVE roach in my fries in the bag when I opened it at home. I drove back and went inside. I demanded my money back. An employee, I assume the MOD, quickly worked to get my money. While that was happening another employee walked out from the back. Looked at me. I opened the bag to show them the roach. The roach decided that the fries weren't enough so it FLEW out of the bag, past the employee who watched the roach fly into the 4th tray on the bread rack behind her that was full of buns. She didn't say a word, turned and walked into the back. Never once acknowledged me or the flying roach now hanging out in the bread rack. This place used to be really good but it's not so good these days. Avoid this place. Have had 2 previous poor visits before this one that I had not posted because everyone has a bad day sometimes but flying freakin roaches in my food is too much.

Iâm only giving 5 stars because the manager (I donât know his name but he works the night shift often) was understandably overwhelmed due to it only being one other person on his shift with him and apparently thatâs a norm (you guys should seriously consider aiding him with more help, thatâs a lot to take on for just two people). Anyways, the manager felt as if he was a bit rude to me in tone, so he apologized, gave me a couple of extra items free of charge, and my food was fresh, and delicious! I seriously appreciated his effort to make things right and I 100% empathize and sympathize with his circumstances. I truly hope things get better for this location, and its workers. I love coming here, itâs the only Arbyâs I will go to in Orlando and itâs close to my home.

There was nobody in the friers when I came here to eat, and they took a long time to make my order, and when It came the fries were almost frozen like if they took them from the cooler and just put them in my food, they should really hire more people in here because the workers look overwhelmed.

On 4/25/25, I placed an order online where brisket sandwich, large curly fries, and a gyro sandwich. My brisket was nothing like the sandwich I saw on the commercial or in the picture on my app. The sandwich had very little meat and my curly fries didn't taste fresh at all. The curly fries were mixed with other fries. The fries were hard and crunchy.

I arrived at approximately 9:40 PM. They close at 10. I used the drive thru service. It was quick and easy. Herman was the one who assisted me. He was very polite and got my order out right away. He also told me they were out of Arbyâs sauce, which I absolutely love! He offered to pump some into a container so I would have my Arby sauce! Thank you Herman for going above and beyond and giving me great service!!
Yâall better give everybody thatâs working right now a raise. They are all All-Stars. That felt more like a New York style deli how quick they got me out and how hot and freaking fresh and tasty my food is. You guys just make me fall in love over and over and over

This place should have a five-star rating. I am out of town and I have an hour before I have to be at the airport!!! Everyone working here was so nice here and quick! But the lady that was cooking and ringing up customers, her name was Lori. She was so awesome !!!! Lori suggested downloading the app real quick to save money. Even brought me out my food and asked me how everything was. When I returned back to Florida, I will definitely be back here to eat!!

Young lady at the counter was very nice. The food was insulting. This is the first and last time Iâll ever come to Arbyâs.
Cheese wasnât melted, the wrap I got was freezer cold, the fries were hard as a rock.
Didnât even bother going back to ask for new food because the sheer fact they even served this to me shows that wouldnât have mattered.
Also no, I will not be taking part of a guest experience survey where I have to provide my personal details, when not even a free meal coupon would bring me back.

Hamburger was dry fries where burnt looks like they knew it was a delivery order bc if I was in the store would have changed the fries and ask for a better burger, first time trying this restaurant.
