Too bad one has to wait a long time for an order. Incidentally, there is no good attention from the employees because they are busy. They should have more employees instead of just trying to save staff. And tire out the few who have it.

I only do drive thru here. I ordered once in their app for pickup inside and had to wait 20 minutes beyond the stated pickup time to get my food. They prioritize drive thru.
Best location in the east side of Orlando. The food is always hot and correct.

Came in @9pm & they didn't have any turnovers alredy. Fast chekout. Double Roast Beef was cold. 2bad I don't live around here or I'd ask 4A replacement.
I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes without explanation. While I'm waiting, I watch an employee walk to the dumpster and smoke an entire cigarette. This guy's hands are all over the dumpster doors alternating between holding the cigarette and scrolling through his cell phone. Once he's done smoking, he walks past me (I'm still in the drive thru line with no cars behind me) and goes straight to the counter where they hand out the food. By now I'm very upset and go inside only to see all 5 employees standing around talking to each other. Dumpster boy asks me if I'm picking up an order. I tell him I'm trying to get my drive thru order I've been waiting almost 10 minutes for! Some other young boy behind the counter has the audacity to ask me what I ordered. Seriously?! I'm the ONLY CUSTOMER THERE.... while I stare at him and repeat the nonsense question he blurted out the girl who took my order starts throwing my food in the bag. Horrible service!

Only place open after the hurricane thank you. Appreciate you doing that. Always good. I've been there a few times recently. Not going to say it's the cheapest thing in the world. But I don't mind spending an extra few dollars knowing that the food is better than most fast food places. So still definitely five
