I was in from out of town on business, and lost on what to get. The cashier was super nice and guided me through how to order. The service was super quick, and the arepa was so good, I almost regretted not getting a second. (But I didn’t need it, as they are super filling.) Great place! Now I’m sad I don’t get to business around here more often.
Recommendation to my countrymen. Try to have better quality in customer service. A well-known influencer commented that the food is excellent 10 out of 10 but in customer service they are very bad. We Venezuelans are not like that. We serve people well and that identifies us in many parts of the world. Please friends change that thank you
The service was bad as a new client you ask about the food and the juices and they’re supposed to know. The lady just told me you’re supposed to know what you want and I was like yes but what includes and what is that juice cuz it had a weird name I’m not Venezuelan I’m not supposed to know. The arepa and the cachapas were really good. The food when you see it all dry and not organized honestly doesn’t look appealing. The area outside looks scary like you’re going...
