Friendly waitstaff.
Out of many items on the menu :(
Took over an hour for us to get food
Music way too loud for a “cozy brunch atmosphere” :(
I would not recommend or go again :(

Pretty limited menu overall. They combine the brunch menu with the dinner menu so half the food on the list isn’t available at any point in time. We were there for dinner. The food was very bland and badly presented. Waitstaff were stressed but it was maybe 40% full on a Friday night. Cocktails were fine. Don’t trust the menu online. Apparently it’s way out of date? I got the hummus which tasted good but was basically grocery store hummus dumped onto a plate with some pita and overripe cucumbers cut very erratically. The rest of my party got the short ribs which weren’t even good enough to bag up in a takeaway, and the Brussels sprouts which were fine. Wine was fine. Waitstaff was accommodating to half our party being late due to traffic and a switch on a side item. Overall it had like no atmosphere and I definitely won’t be eating here again. Was definitely expecting more, especially for the prices.

Shocked by the 5 star reviews. Went for dinner on a Friday night a few weeks ago. Not only was the place empty but the food still took forever. Ordered a $15 salad and truthfully the premixed salads at Publix are better. Really wanted to like this place but the food was so notably disappointing. However, the staff were awesome. Friendly and attentive. Vibe is nice but will definitely not go back or recommend.
We had a reservation for an extremely large wedding party.
Under the circumstances they did a great job. Tried hard to keep up. However 90 mins 2 people had to wait for their breakfast whom were one of the first to place the order.

Food and service were great right up to the point that my entre went missing... The server was great in her acknowledgement of the issue, then, no entree after 20 more minutes. Here's where the Manager should have intervened. Alas, all I got was "the manager removed the missing entre"... the absolute minimum...

Food was good. I got the air fried chicken and it was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Very well done. The honey spicy sauce was tasty as well. Only downside is the food does take quite a while to cook it seems. We waited at least 45 minutes, and we were one of two couples in the restaurant (we got there an hour close to closing). I think the waiter felt bad the food was taking so long because he kept coming to our table asking if we needed anything else...

Great food! Service was excellent as well. But this Sunday afternoon they had a special DJ playing rave music that was very loud. Couldn’t really hear anyone else at our table. Not what we were looking for on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Because of the DJ, there was mandatory 17.5% tip charge. This special DJ thing was not listed on their website so I’d recommend calling ahead to see if there’s something special going on before you go here.

I’ve been to the Artisans table in the past (many years back), whatever is happening there now, nothing artisan about it. French fries clearly frozen and out of a bag, breakfast sandwich on brioche bread, barely toasted and just nonsense. Had chicken and waffle, it was okay, but not as good as the original.
My wife’s food came out 10 minutes before mine. The server “sorry, we have to make the chicken for the waffles from scratch”. I almost got up and walked out. Don’t apologize for breading and frying the darn chicken per order, it’s expected. My gosh.
Didn’t blame the server, left her a decent tip, not her fault, but my word. They were setting up a DJ booth (turntables and such) behind the bar, that’s literally the nail in the coffin. When the “artisan’s” table, is bringing in a DJ in hopes of drumming up business, the restaurant has lost its plot.
Artisan… change the name. It’s a wrap.

Update; Not sure what's changed but the menu doesn't look as good as it used to..can't tell you if the food is still good because we were seated and no one came to welcome us or take our order. When we got up to tell the manager she was confused and instead of coming over and giving us water she proceeded to go talk to multiple servers about the issue but no one came over so we got up and left and went across the street and in the same amount of time got our food.Everything is wonderful. Try the all day happy hour drinks. The chicken sandwich is awesome.

This was my 2nd visit to this establishment- last visit was 3 years ago. The service has not changed much from my last visit. I arrived shortly after opening and requested a table but was told I could not be seated because the kitchen was not ready. I then asked if I could sit at the bar and then was told the bartender needed time to get setup so I wouldn't be served. This was also told to a couple just ahead of me. Myself and the other couple stated we just wanted to be seated and will wait until kitchen/bar is ready. You could sense from the hostess that she was not prepared and apparently, the kitchen nor the bar were to prepared to tend to their guest. Hostess was nice and was not rude but you could tell from her tone that there was a lack of organization within the restaurant. There were 2-3 other tables of folks sitting before I was seated. These folks received their orders close to an hour after I sat down. Mind you I arrived 15 min of opening. I didn't have much hope as I expected to wait about the same amount of time for my order. I was meeting a friend so I decided to place his order in advance as he was running late. Waitress hardly checked in on me or my friend after he arrived. I try to be reasonable but waiting 20 plus minutes for a bottled beer seems to be ridiculously long. The food was mediocre. I also didn't receive a printed receipt which is not my fault for asking. Waitress had me pay via tap to pay. I noticed that the tip % was about 4-6% which I then changed to a custom tip as I do still like to tip when still receiving lackluster service
