They serve whatever they want. You only order vegetables and meat, and the portion size isn't enough for even a child. I told them it was too small and that I'd pay the extra, and they added a scoop of protein. I complained, but it was useless. I didn't return the food because I really had no other immediate option. Terrible service. They serve whatever they want, not what the customer orders.

Food was ok service was horrible. Employee took a tooth pick and got a piece of chicken and walked back to eat. Lady at the register refused to give me a cup of ice after buying a bottle of water. I even offered to pay for the cup, I don't think she understood English much not in a mean way.

Been here a couple of times over the last 12 months and unfortunately this will be the last. The food portions were minimal compared to what you are paying. There are other options in the food court that offer more for the same price or less.

I think they use a ton of MSG in their food. My mouth felt numb after and super heavy. Really not necessary to feed people such bad food. Choose something else in the food court

Sonia and Karelli do NOT serve well I have gone to eat at this place with my family on several occasions and the service from these women is always terrible. The people at Cosina do well for that and gone but the service of these women is very unpleasant.

PLEASE READ!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They will charge you an absurd amount for the most minimal meal. Save yourself the bad customer service and the trouble and go to Sarku Japan or Chicken Now. They provide better food, prices and service. I work in the plaza I’m not expecting to be given a huge discount. The staff there and the manager refused to give me a discount although I have my name tag and uniform on. All because I choose to eat a smaller portion so unless I get their “regular” portion I can’t get a discount. This blasphemy needs to be stopped and this store removed from the food court. They do not care for the customers. $17 DOLLARS FOR THIS.
