The staff was unfriendly, it costed more than I usually have to pay, and the pretzels weren’t buttered and nearly non-salted. I feel like I wasted $10. Zakary was so unenthused, he didn’t even try to upsell me on the dip. I ended up forgetting to order and had to come back. Do they think only tourists come here and not people locally who would have enough of an opinion to write a review? Beats me, but the service wasn’t good. I’m better off at the one in Walmart.

This place is always out of the actual twist pretzels not the nuggets. I can't count how many times I've gone up i to order and they said it'll be at least 10 minutes till it's ready. While I do appreciate a fresh pretzel they should also judge better when to put new ones in so they're not always out. Obviously I don't wait. I just go to wetzel's pretzels.

Last night I visited Auntie Anne’s with my mom, and we accidentally ordered a take-home box without realizing it had to be heated at home. Christopher and another male coworker completely turned the experience around. They were so sweet, patient, and understanding, and they quickly helped us refund the original order and charge us for the warm cinnamon rolls my mom wanted.
Their kindness made a huge difference, and we really appreciated how they helped us figure everything out. Thank you, Christopher and team! 🙌💛

Went to this auntie Anne’s today and had the worst experience I’ve ever had since I been to any other auntie Anne’s. It’s disappointing how everyone looks straight at you and shows nothing but straight attitude. When you ask them a question they respond very rudely and seems to just laugh with each other in the back and laugh at customers when they ask for a special accommodation. When people have allergies they should not seem to “make fun of them”. There was one girl with a head scarf and an Asian boy that was nothing but disrespectful. The taller Hispanic girl with Curley hair gave attitude but at the end seemed a little more polite. I NEVER EVER give reviews but I had to give one for these people and who auntie Anne has representing them. No other location has ever treated me this way.

Roomy for when line is long, benches close by. BUT LISTEN. Ask for a fresh batch or the staff will just grab whatever. And Whatever is handy is stale.

Auntie Anne’s is one of my favorite stops when I’m craving a fresh, delicious pretzel. I love the flavor and texture—they always meet my expectations. However, at this specific location, the staff was not friendly. The customer service was lacking, which took away from the experience. Still, the product itself remains good.

It was a walk up window at the outlet mall. The pretzel was small and it was limp.

- The sprite was so watery that they should have just give me water.
- The Pretzels were cheap if it was cut in pieces, which is good, economical & not at its full Prize.
- The Pretzels tasted like a sugar free pretzel. Tasted like sadness & lacking cinnamon & Sugar.
Staff kept asking if I'm sure I want a whole pretzel. Told me 15 to twenty minutes 3 times trying to convince me to go for the bites. Staff was goofing off and dancing in the back while a line of 15people waited. Tell other customers that they ran out of whole pretzels while they mess around. I'm all for fun and having a good time at work. When your working. But to be goofing off and to try and talk people out of what they want or lie just cause you find it easier to make one other thing is ridiculous.

They no longer have pretzels available, only pretzels bites, which are $8.39 vs $6.39 for the pretzels. They told me they only made pretzels to order, and I had to pay first and wait 10 mins. This is a scam that a lot of the Auntie Anne's are doing now. That's why everyone buys cups, and most times, it's not hot because they make a bunch of bites for the immediate up sell. Stay away if you don't like getting ripped off. The pretzels are great. Bites, not so much.
