The people at the stall were nice, but the pretzel we got there was pretty awful. The pretzel tasted stale and was pretty hard to take apart. The cheese dip we got was only warm as well, instead of hot, like it's supposed to be.

Great pretzels! The cashier was very friendly. They have different choices so you should explore a little. The only issue is that there is not a great seating area if you are looking to sit in the shade for a little bit.
Very disappointed I ordered 3 pretzels w 3 sauces and a sprite. The order came out to $26.xx the girl gave me 1 pretzel and 3 sauces. We waited and the girl just looked at us confused and we asked for the remaining two pretzels and drink she then said oh I only charged for pretzel and the 3 sauces. When I said that came out to $26? She said yes and I said can I get my receipt and she said no it’s already been closed. Then I said ok well I need the rest of my order and then asked for 2 pretzels and then she gave me one pretzel and only charged for me one I said I’m still waiting on the last pretzel and I said let me guess no receipt and she replied no I already closed you out again. I had to w third order and she couldn’t provide any receipts and I couldn’t resolve it and was very confused about the price discrepancy and having to make 3 separate orders and she had no care to provide a resolution and there was already a long line and then I tried to call to make a complaint and they don’t even have a number. Good pretzel poor service

They only had the hot dog wrapped pretzels, nothing else when we visited on 7/5/24. Very disappointed. I'm not sure why more pretzels were not made when they realized they were running low.

Staff is unfriendly. You work at Universal, if you’re not a people person don’t work here! We were the only people at the time and were not even greeted, instead they were having a conversation amongst themselves. When the girl took my order she seemed like I was bothering her by being there. I said thank you after getting my stuff and the girl didn’t even respond. Just rude. They should be fired and friendlier staff hired!

Unfriendly customer service and rude cashier. It’s 4p on a Saturday and they are making pretzels, and the cashier tells me they don’t have any pretzels and they are only selling drinks…but the person beside the kiosk is eating a pizza pretzel? How are they only selling drinks when they clearly have pretzels on a rack cooking? So I guess you can only buy pretzels if they are cooked and sitting in the warmer on display, and you can’t order as they are being cooked? Makes no sense.

Pretzels were hard and over cooked. I have a medical condition and can only drink a special drink I carry with me, but it requires ice. I kindly asked the lady for some iced cubes from the machine she uses to serve soft drinks she reply “We Don’t Sell Ice”. Never again!
