Staff is unfriendly. You work at Universal, if you’re not a people person don’t work here! We were the only people at the time and were not even greeted, instead they were having a conversation amongst themselves. When the girl took my order she seemed like I was bothering her by being there. I said thank you after getting my stuff and the girl didn’t even respond. Just rude. They should be fired and friendlier staff hired!

Unfriendly customer service and rude cashier. It’s 4p on a Saturday and they are making pretzels, and the cashier tells me they don’t have any pretzels and they are only selling drinks…but the person beside the kiosk is eating a pizza pretzel? How are they only selling drinks when they clearly have pretzels on a rack cooking? So I guess you can only buy pretzels if they are cooked and sitting in the warmer on display, and you can’t order as they are being cooked? Makes no sense.

Pretzels were hard and over cooked. I have a medical condition and can only drink a special drink I carry with me, but it requires ice. I kindly asked the lady for some iced cubes from the machine she uses to serve soft drinks she reply “We Don’t Sell Ice”. Never again!

Pretzels were clearly over baked (almost burnt) and hard. Presented them to the cashier to exchange them for fresher ones as they were for my young children. The cashier/cook was rude and argumentative that the pretzels were all like that and he had no better ones to exchange them. Ultimately had to ask for a refund and was told to wait 10 minutes for a manager. Manager and crew arrived about 10 minutes later and offered us a full refund. Management was very nice, respectful and apologetic for our wait.

The little girl they had working as a cashier acts like she does know her job and “ate” in front of us when we were trying to ask her a question about their stale/ cold food. Therefore she didn’t care to assist us. She then turns to what I assume was a manager (wearing a pink/brown/ confusing shirt) for assistance, but she IGNORED us as well while talking to her other clueless coworker. If you don’t have any customer service skills working a an amusement park, then perhaps this job isn’t for you. Do better.

$18 for a couple of bland pretzels and staff such as Ashlee to give us the most snarky attitude when kindly requesting for a couple of waters. #UniversalCityWalkOrlando please do better in hiring staff who actually love their jobs and make it a pleasant welcoming experience for everyone!
