The cheese dog was good, but the service was terrible. The person at the counter was soft spoken. When we asked for our chips, which comes with the hotdog, the person said well you didn't ask for them before I rang it up. So we didn't get all we paid for. ?

If you are in a slump and aren't ready for a full sit down meal but are peckish I recommend the cinnamon and sugar pretzels with the powder sugar glaze dipping sauce on so good but make sure to get extra sauce. This is sure to get you through to lunch or dinner or if not a fan of the sweets go for the salty pretzel with extra cheese dip wash it down with a cold drink and you are ready to go

Went and pretzel not available and was told to return in 15 minutes then return and still not started. Ended up manager had to make one. Sell mainly pretzel bites and they sit under a warmer and end up getting hard. Staff lazy and very pretzel bite focused. Wait way too long for a snack.

We usually like this location of Auntie Anne's at CityWalk; however, this time was a bad experience. Staff were rude. There were items just finished cooking but we were told they "weren't ready" and they didn't know how long it would be. Then they walked away without even offering anything else already finished from the cases. Chalking it up to them having a bad day.

I don’t know what it is about fresh pretzels, but it’s something I am ALWAYS in the mood for, ever since I can remember. Something about that doughy, crispy, buttery goodness mixed with the right dipping mechanism, it’s making my mouth water even right now. Therefore, Auntie Anne’s is a temptation I must try and defeat very often, especially when visiting the Universal Theme Parks. There are two Auntie Anne’s in Universal Orlando- there’s one in CityWalk right before the bridge to the Universal Studios side, and this Auntie Anne’s is literally right next door to the Spider-man ride in Marvel Superhero Island on Islands of Adventure side. Whew, that was a mouth full (but not of pretzels). There’s usually only one or two workers working at a time in this Auntie Anne’s that I’ve seen. And they keep busy just like every other place to eat in Universal. This means the service can be a bit slow- but it also means the pretzels are freshly made a lot, and not stale from sitting in the case for a long time. Take your pick, but fresh pretzels are even more of an achilles heel for me at least. So, this is a good stop sometimes if you need a delicious treat and aren’t on a super time crunch. I usually go for the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites or plain bites with the vanilla frosting dip, although the cream cheese really compliments either of those options as well. Yep, my mouth is definitely watering now.

Got here at 9:49 pm and paid good money (1.29 for cheese and 6.99 for a pretzel). They should have given it for free since it was cold and hard. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed since I love pretzels.

we had the dining pass and got a regular pretzel and a cinnamon sugar pretzel, both were great and short wait time

What a shocking morning. This is our 4th morning in Orlando and we have had amazing service everywhere until this morning. My child is autistic & like many autistic people he is very picky about what he eats. He loves Auntie Anne’s pretzel bites and wanted that for breakfast. As ASD parents know when your ASD child chooses something they want to eat they will not accept an alternative, if they can’t have it they will not eat. So we arrived at the Auntie Anne’s in City Walk this morning at 9:02. The TripAdvisor site says they open at 8 but they were still closed. We could see the girl working inside but when we tried to ask what time they opened we don’t think she could hear us. We really needed those bites so we waited. Finally at 9:15 she opened. She completely ignored us. I asked what time they opened, she ignored us. I asked if it would be a while to make the pretzel bites, she ignored us. She then stated it would be a while because her register “had to warm up”. Ok... we continued to wait. We could see pretzel bites in the display window but thought perhaps they were just for display. I then asked if she could please let us know an estimated time on pretzel bites, again she ignored us. At this point I asked her why she was being so rude to us? She then stated she was calling a manager over, which I was relieved! She then preceded to slam the oven and throw the tongs multiple times. We had done nothing to her it was so bizarre. The manager came over, was very nice, took the 2 pretzel bites out of the display window and checked us out in under a minute. Thank God for the manager!
