The service there is absolutely terrible. Last time I ordered at 2pm over the phone and I was told it would be 20 mins for it to be ready. Due to them normally taking longer and I arrived 20 mins later than the time they said and my food wasn't ready. They were not busy either. I had to wait another 15 mins. There was no apology or acknowledgement even though I made a comment about it.
