Horrible chicken tasted striaght from the freezer. I paid 8 dollars for 3 chicken tenders. 8 dollars. No fries. No drink. Just 3 small chicken tenders. Don't buy food from this place its a scam and the people there dont even care.

Terrible! Absolutely terrible service, this location was at The Florida Mall's food pavilion, Ron at the cash register was extremely rude and unhelpful, I wanted to use a coupon and Ron kept saying that it wasn't valid, that it was expired even though it had a 11/30/21 as the expiration date, Ron wouldn't listen to my requests and kept yelling "WAIT" at me whenever I wanted to say something about my order, where did they find this guy??! In the end he gave me the wrong sandwich, I've never seen someone as unprofessional and unhelpful as that guy Ron, A&W has really lowered their standards

I paid almost 5 dollars for 12 ounces of root beer with foam on top. I’ve gotten the root beer shakes before and they are suppose to be a thick ice cream consistency… The woman at the counter seemed like she would rather be anywhere else, so I didn’t bother complaining… I just will never be back to this location.

Worse customer service. The cashier lady seem like don’t care or want to be work there…I have 2 thumbs & two big toes and they all pointing down for this joint. So sad.. because I grow up enjoying this specific restaurant and I always remember we all always have a good time. Such a shame.

I ordered with uber eats and after 3 delivery drivers and two hours it was cancelled by the restaurant.
The burger was just okay. I was very disappointed that it not they are not cook to order. If I had know that I would have gone to 5 guys

My wife and I is a tourist we are from Colorado. Great service. I love the papa burger with affordable price. The ambiance is really cool love it! I’m gonna come back for sure!!! Great experience so far!
