Azteca D'Oro Mexican Restaurant OBT

"I've been eating at Azteca for over 10 years and used to love the restaurant, but now it's pricey, and the portions of rice and beans are really small. They've removed the fajita for two, and even the lunch menu is expensive. I miss the old Azteca."

The service was great. The atmosphere was fantastic to watch a football game. The one star rating is for the price. 43.00 dollars for 6 asada tacos? No rice no beans. 43.00 dollars really? Look at my bill plus they tried to add another 40.00 tip to my bill. I don’t think I’ll be eating tacos here again not to mention having any alcohol beverages.

Went with a really big group the service took forever ordered some drinks for happy hour yet my bill was still overcharged and when we spoke with manager about it they said they would look at the cameras to see if we were telling the truth. We just paid it because our kid wasn’t feeling well… we’re Never going back.

Excellent service and the food is tex-mex. I could say the rice has authentic Mexican flavors. It's a little bit pricey but the seris great!

My family and I came here after a long flight back home to Orlando on the evening of 8/20. The food was very delicious and as expected from our previous visits, however, our server was waiting on us and another 2 tables. We had arrived before everyone else did and she introduced herself very professionally. When we made it known that we were just having waters to drink, her demeanor changed entirely. The rest of the evening she barely paid any attention to us and did not follow up with us hardly at all, even as she would walk right past our table. When we paid, I did leave a tip. However, I made a mistake when leaving the tip that I paid an 100% tip instead of what I was actually going to tip (I didn't like the fact that she watched me as I tried to place the tip). When she processed the payment, she (out of character for the evening) thanked us very sweetly for coming in. I happened to see the error I made in leaving the tip quantity and asked it to be corrected. She asked me how much I was tipping, and when I told her, she visibly got upset and when she brought back the receipt, she didn't acknowledge that she had fixed it...she walked by, dropped the receipt on the table, and walked away without saying anything. For the unremarkable service that she gave us, I'm surprised that she actually thought she was getting a 100% tip. The server has the initials YR if management wants to address this to her at some point. I'm happy to discuss further if anyone from management wants to talk about it.

Me and my family came in on a Saturday night, I am not the type to write reviews but I believe this definitely needs to be addressed. We were greeted and seated pretty quickly then our server “Suzy” came with the absolute worse attitude. She rushed us to order it seemed she was even bothered by our young children. She then disappeared for most of our service we weren’t even able to get refills because she didn’t come check on us we tried to get her attention and she gave us the “one moment” finger. I’m not sure what kind of customer service experience this restaurant wants provide to their guests but ours was horrible. Will not be returning and if we do we will ask for a different server than “Suzy.”
