The 4+ rating is mainly based on the price–value balance. The food is good, though on the higher end in terms of pricing.

If you’re staying at the hotel and looking for something convenient, it’s certainly worth trying at least once. We’ve had lunch and breakfast here, and we’ll likely dine here again — mostly because of how convenient it is to have it inside the hotel.

Overall, it’s a comfortable option, especially if convenience is a priority.

Very good breakfast option. Sat at the counter a couple mornings while staying there for a conference. The corned beef hash was great. Staff was friendly. No complaints. Get here early, though.

I ordered the Jerk Fish for which they used Mahi Mahi, and my stomach has been hurting all night due to scramboid poisoning.

We are at Hyatt Regency Orlando for tournament and need quick bites due to game schedules. It took 40 mins for B-Line to prepare Mac&Cheese and fruit cup for an online order and the restaurant automatically charges tip while placing online order.

The food was cold. The service was terrible and slow. Breakfast was OK but dinner was mid at best. Fries were cold. Rice was cold and hard. Won't likely be back.

We stayed at the Hyatt Orlando and grabbed food from their restaurant a few times — both grab-and-go and dine-in — just because it was convenient. One thing to keep in mind: if you call and order ahead for pickup, they add a service/gratuity charge. But if you walk up and order in person, they don’t charge that.

Overall, the food was good. I really enjoyed the rice dish I ordered. We asked what kind of seasoning they used, and the staff told us it was just salt and pepper with yellow rice — nothing spicy, not jerk seasoning. We were told it would be fine for kids. But it was jerk seasoning and it was actually pretty spicy, so my kids couldn’t eat it. Still, I personally liked it.

Other items were decent too. The Reuben sandwich was really good, the hamburger was okay, the daily special (chicken with barbecue sauce) was okay, and the vegetarian dish was fine as well.

I haven't had great experiences in the past with hotel restaurants. They tend to be just okay. The B-Line Diner was different, though! The food was delicious and the service was great. We were pleasantly surprised at the variety on the menu. Especially the dessert case! We even went back for dinner and enjoyed that, too. We can't wait to come back to eat during next year's Spooky Empire, haha! I never thought I'd say that about a hotel restaurant!

Friendly vibe for a quick dinner. Good service, food came quick, grilled chicken was a bit burned, tuna sandwich tasted good though.

The B-line diner used to be a family favorite but recently we’ve decided to never return. My family and I usually go to walk around the hotel when the weather isn’t great, and we love to stop by the diner for the nachos or ice creams, the burgers are also good. However, a week ago we went for our usual walk and since it was around 9:30PM we thought that perhaps we could still manage to make it to the restaurant for a snack as it wasn’t closed and there was still a hostess up front.

The atmosphere upon our entering was tense and not positive at all, we could see servers visibly uncomfortable with the fact that we had entered the restaurant at that time, even though there were other customers sitting there, and I literally saw them arguing over who should be our waiter. When a reluctant waiter finally came over, his attitude was very quick… and we decided to change our minds about ordering the nachos to make (their) jobs easier since they made it obvious that they wanted us out, and just got coffees instead.

When we went to validate our parking ticket, they refused to validate because we didn’t order food, not only this but they were extremely rude, in the end, my sister got them to return our money for the drinks but it was such an awful experience, we ended up talking to front desk about it.

In summary, we aren’t coming back, it was an awful impression, I know it was late but the restaurant was still open and there was no need to make us feel uncomfortable and then blame us and punish us for not ordering food by not validating our ticket when you made it very obvious that you didn’t want to serve us. Horrible service.
