This was my fourth visit, and I can say the food itself is still good and quite authentic. My son really likes this place.
However, today’s service was disappointing. Even considering how busy it was, we were not given water and had to ask three times before finally receiving it. We were also told that many side dishes were out, and only two banchan were served—pickled garlic stems and seasoned bean sprouts. I was very surprised that there was no kimchi at all. For a Korean restaurant, running out of kimchi is hard to understand.
I think this is something that really needs improvement, because the food itself is worth coming back for.

Amazing experience at Babbi Babbi! The food quality is excellent, everything tastes fresh and well prepared. The service is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommend!

Came to the BaBbi BaBbi after the Disney World tour. The restaurant is clean and well decorated, and full of K-Pop music.
The custom Bibibamp tastes really delicious, highly recommend for everyone. The spicy seafood tofu soup is average, just like every Korean restaurant you walked in. Seafood pancakes are definitely above the average.
At the last, total cost is shocking, haven’t seen a lot of restaurants in Florida could compete with it!

I live in New Jersey and eat at Korean restaurants in Fort Lee and New York very often, so I’m quite familiar with what good, authentic Korean food should taste like. Compared to those places, this restaurant was honestly on a completely different level—in a bad way.
The meat I ordered was $28 per portion, yet the portion size was extremely small and absolutely not worth the price. The texture was also very odd—so tough that it was hard to even mix properly. The bibimbap had the same issue. The flavor was strange and unbalanced, and it tasted nothing like authentic Korean food.
What shocked me the most was that this is the first Korean restaurant I’ve ever been to that did not serve rice with the meal. That alone was very disappointing and made the experience feel incomplete and unprofessional.
I came to this restaurant with high expectations, but instead I was served one of the worst and most inauthentic Korean meals I’ve had. Overall, it was a huge letdown, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I was skeptical at first as it felt like it may be style over substance but we were very pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent and priced well and we’ve been to a lot of Korean joints over the years. Complementary bottled water, 5 dishes of banchan, miso soup and yogurt drinks after the after dinner. We both got bibimbap which were fully customizable, a first for us. No extra charge to get all the toppings (protein up charge aside e.g. double order, premiums like shrimp, etc.). Service was wonderful, property was clean as were the restrooms. Colorful paintings on the walls, not busy though we were there between lunch and dinner on a weekday. Plenty of free parking. Had imported Korean beer, a proper 500ml bottle of Terra, which I rarely see available out. Would visit again for sure.

We come often and the food is always great
Today the service was off
I asked twice for the fork(I’m not Asian)
I asked for rice and had to ask for a second time before I got it
I don’t appreciate when a dish comes out and my wife’s takes between 5 and 10 minutes
I’m not Korean but I could eat this food daily

Before I continue this review, I hope the owners are polite in their response. I've seen them reply to genuine comments, and they have often been unnecessarily rude.
As someone who is Korean American, and worked in restaurant management for many years I can safely say that this is not authentic tasting Korean food, but the service and servers are indeed wonderful.
The food lacks taste, quality, spice, flavor, etc. How do you mess up rice? Overcooked. Kimchi is bland and flavorless, the cheese corn tastes like frozen corn with overly stringy shredded cheese.
The food comes out so quickly, you can tell why.
If you grew up with Korean food or have had it in other restaurants with a good flavor palette, you're not imagining if whether or not youre the only one. You're not. It's pretty bland.
However, the servers were kind and generous. They did everything right. I didn't complain about the food, I paid and left a good tip because the servers are not what I had an issue with. So 10/10 for the workers.
I do hope this restaurant takes the constructive criticism and focuses on bringing a more authentic taste of Korean food to people's plates & mouths.

Food is nowhere authentic. Very disappointing compared to what I get in LA.
Jjampong is just pure acid.’ No flavor and it didn’t look like anything like the previous pics. The kidnap is just long grain rice not even sushi rice. And the kimchi fried rice disappointing.

We arrived about an hour before closing and they were packed. The servers were very clearly swamped, but incredibly attentive, and buzzing around the room. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was good. The staff is what put the experience over the top. Wonderful service! One of the best restaurant-made Kimchi we've had.

Clean and spacious restaurant! Love the menu design - straightforward with lots of pictures. The servers were quick and attentive. The food were very savory and shareable in size. Soondubu on a gloomy day is comforting to the soul!
Two year update: Still my go-to Korean restaurant in Orlando area! Still serving delicious food and friendly/efficient workers as always!
