It's too cold for the patio tonight, but it looks like a nice place yo have dinner. Cocktails were good a variety to choose from. They were out of the wine we requested, but let us taste a few types. Lobster burrata was fabulous. As was my husbands venison. We were indecisive about dessert and after dinner drinks, but the server found someone who could pair up a dessert with the after drinks, and it was all fabulous. Thanks for giving us a nice anniversary dinner.

A Disappointing Change at a Once-Favorite Spot
Bacán has been one of my favorite restaurants for the past year. The food was always to die for, and while it was pricey, the portions, quality, and flavors made it worth every penny. Sadly, their recent menu changes have altered the experience, leaving me deeply disappointed.
I ordered the half truffle chicken, and while the flavor was decent, it didn’t compare to the whole truffle chicken that was once my go-to. The portion size felt small, and the potatoes—once a generous, flavorful side—were reduced to a tiny portion and lacked the same quality. The bread appetizer, another former highlight, was barely enough for our party of five to share: two tiny brioche rolls and a slightly larger bread, even though it’s a paid dish.
The removal of favorites like the Wagyu burger and tamales was particularly hard to swallow (pun intended). These were some of the best meals I’ve ever had, and it’s disappointing to see them gone. On top of that, the higher prices for smaller portions don’t feel justified.
To Bacán’s credit, the service remains excellent, and the atmosphere is as inviting as ever. For first-time visitors, it’s still a great spot. But for regulars like me, the changes have taken away what made Bacán exceptional. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

The ambiance was absolutely gorgeous! Overall great experience. The food was really good! I’m a person that appreciates sweet/salty combos and everything seasoned to perfection (herbs,spices, etc). I had the red snapper and it was everything mentioned above. Totally recommend!

If you want to throw your money away at 6 pieces of pasta that taste like it came from a can. This is your spot. They give you absolutely no food for the price they charge. I was done with my meal in 2 minutes and it cost $50. I will never return or recommend this place to friends or family. And the waiter even ask why I was done so fast. 🤦🏼.

Went with family and we enjoyed each dish. Jay’s service was the highlight of the night. He explained all the dishes with such passion and details that I seriously thought he was the head chef. It’a great delight to have him take care of our table and we will definitely come back later!
Experience was beyond expectations. Everyone was extremely nice since the beginning. Special thanks to Brad, our server. He helped us with the menu as it was our first time here and went out to the next level with his hospitality.They even gave us not one but TWO complimentary rounds of champagne, as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and they wanted to make it special. Definitely one of the best experiences and coming back soon!

Food is generally good, the rib and sea bass are really good. Outputs is decent too. Nice atmosphere especially the outdoor seating. Service is good but very slow, they are packed at a sat night but only has 3 or 4 waiters/waitress for ~30 tables…. Note: dog friendly
