My meal at Bacán was nothing short of mesmerizing. It is probably the second best meal of my life, falling in right behind the Michelin starred Topolobampo in Chicago by the genius of Mexican cuisine Rick Bayless. From the hostess who graciously led me to my table that was beautifully set for me, to Ibrahim, my server, who called me by name and gave me the most exceptional attention and service I have ever had anywhere to the manager who came by my table to ensure everything...
This restaurant is one of the best the Orlando area. The wait staff is awesome and the food is to die for. We had the pork belly and the tostadas for appitizers and they were fabulous. We split the chicken dish for our main course, the waitress said it would serve 2-3 people and it definitely did, we had enough to bring home. We highly recommend that you eat at Bacan and have a dining experience.
Absolutely fabulous ! We did the 8 course experience. Each course was better than the next! You could literally taste each element in each dish. It was so fun meeting chef, he is so talented! The service, especially Jay, completed the entire experience. Thank you to all for reading the note in my reservation and making the night so wonderful!
