They have great ice cream, but I took my wife, and the 2 flavors (espresso chip and banana pudding) we went there for were sold out. We tried to order something similar with a banana flavor. First, they said we can only slice the bananas to serve. But once we ordered, she said she couldn't sell us the sliced banana as a topping on a waffle bowl even though they had plenty of banans and some were starting to go bad. So we went next door to DQ, and even though the banana toppings were not on the menu, they kindly served it to us.

I ordered a banana boat, the ice creams were very, very sweet (I could not eat it.) The strawberry ice cream tasted weird; not like your normal ice cream. If I wasn’t looking we would have gotten an overly ripped banana. Prices are extremely high! A bottle of Pure Life water was $3.00 I paid $20.46 for the ice cream and water. Not a fan of this place. I must say; Servers were very nice and the place was clean.

This was my first time at Bacio. What an awesome experience. I was greeted upon entry, and explained the menu. They had a huge selection of flavors. i chose praline pecan, banana pudding, pistachio & lemon sorbet. All were amazing! The service provided by Natalia & Emma was stellar. I like the way they worked together to make sure all customers were assisted (It was busy). I will certainly be back. Please go support this locally owned establishment.

I came in for my first time this past Sunday and it was a hit! I ordered a midnight dream and a one scoop of oatmeal crave. The attendants are really nice and one of them, Camila, recommended the items. My favorite ice cream place in Orlando.
Banana pudding ice cream is to die for!!! Kind of expensive but worth that extra for some high quality and delicious ice cream! And they have such fun menu items. Special occasion, birthday, or a special ice cream date!

Raiza the young lady that helped was very attentive since I looked bewildered by the flavor combinations in the board. I needed something refreshing, so I went with the 2 flavored milkshake. The classic Rocky Road, partnered with a lively toasted coconut. She asked if I wanted whip cream, and that was also able to get one topping. I asked for the name of the toppings, and she said fudge and marshmalllow. I requested a little bit of both if possible and she said that is no problem. I am extremely delighted to have found this place.
