We had quite a few wonderful meals by the water at Back Bay; the service was excellent and CARMELO in particular was attentive, gregarious, and he treated our five year old son with special attention. Carmelo was excellent and we plan to return to this restaurant on our next trip!

We waited 90 minutes for a Caesar salad and Nachos. Don't go there if you expect good service. Its a pretty location by the lake but given the limited menu with only burgers and salad there really is no excuse for slow service

Got there at 9 wouldn’t serve us through their hands up angry because we were there. Ignored us for about 10 minutes hotel says closed at 10 site says 11 but staff make their own hours and get mad you showed. Stay on Disney you won’t get ignored or an attitude there.

The food here is not good at all but the view is nice. We got a burger, the hummus platter, and buffalo wings. All which were terrible.Probably a good spot to get drinks and that’s it. Our tab was 200$ with a gratuity of 30$ that is automatically included. The gratuity seemed a bit steep as the service wasn’t the best. The people are nice but they were busy and appeared not have enough staff.

Came here with my husband. We were celebrating our anniversary. Our server Shane went above and beyond for us! The food was good but the service really made the night. Definitely will be back.

Managers are not accommodating at all. We walked into a half empty restaurant with a group of 6. I asked to put two tables together since each table only sits 4. Apparently that requires a consult with the manager. It took two managers to brainstorm only to say they couldn’t put tables together.

Food was good. Service was horrible. Took forever to get our food once the order was taken. 2/3's of the order was wrong and had to be corrected. Again took forever to get boxes for leftovers and the check. Gave us the check (and their card) for another table. Cleared the table before we could get the leftovers packaged so we lost our on some of leftovers. Mentioned it to our server and I may we'll talk to the wall. I FINALLY GAVE UP! I think over an hour and a half for lunch is excessive (they weren't even that busy). Such a shame as the food was good.
The outside service is awesome. The young lady waiting on us worked her butt off. The turkey wrap was surprisingly good. The fresh fruit side was a great upgrade over the fries. The restaurant seating is poorly managed. Limiting access to the better views seemed to be acceptable even on July 4th. I was surprised by that.

Was a little bit hesitant to eat here based on previous and recent reviews, but I’m glad we still came. It’s 4th of July, we came for dinner and our server was Aaron. Food was good, fries were fresh, the fruit had plenty of assortment. We got a salad as an appetizer which came out quickly, but the rest we did wait on for about 10-15 more mins after finishing the salad but it was prepared exactly as order, it was fresh and again, tasted good. The server was friendly and courteous, we got seated quickly and all other staff was polite.
