the Mahi mahi is amazing. I got it one day on the sandwich and another day as an add on to the salad. Both days I had a server named Carmelo who was phenomenal. I have not had that level of service in a long time. Carmelo was so on top of it, had such a great attitude and really projected the needs of every table around him. The other staff was also very friendly and helpful. Prices are good and food is amazing.

Stopped in here several times for food and drinks over our stay. The food was pretty good, especially their nacho apps! Service could be a little slow but the servers and bartenders are servicing way more people than I think anyone notices, besides who can be in a rush when on vacation.

This is a great place that offers indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the pond.

Very expensive menu for what it is - fast food at a sit-down restaurant at a resort.

Got their trio chips and dip poolside delivery. We spent $22 dollars on the menu item total in the end. The guacamole and salsa were good, but the cheese sauce was watered down and flavorless. Then there was the bottom of the barrel stale crumbled chips. Not sure who is in charge of quality control here but they failed. With the quality this low on such a simple item I will not be anything else from here during my stay.

Visited Back Bay for the first time and it was nice out there. Staff were friendly and atmosphere was great. We had blackened fish sandwich, bourbon bbq burger, jalapeño burger, back bay wings, chicken salad wrap with a side salad, kids mac&cheese, two strawberry dreamsicles and virgin daiquiris. It was a relaxing evening and we enjoyed the orders. I didn’t like the gratuity that was added on the bill because it was high and we couldn’t tip. Missing other meal pictures. Anyways! I will recommend BB incase you are in Orlando FL.
Parking: We used the valet because it’s a family weekend away and with kids we didn’t want the stress. I think it is $40 per night for valet. You can double check this.
Kid-friendliness: The staff were nice to my kids as they took their orders.
Wheelchair accessibility: Nice.

First off I'll put this to warn people. They add an 18% service fee automatically to your check.I order the blackened Mahi Mahi sandwich with fries. The Mahi wasn't blackened but was grilled. The fish was flaky and moist with a little shredded lettuce and a single leaf of lettuce on top. Overall it was a light meal. The waitress was prompt with taking our order and the food didn't take long to come out.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to one side of the outside dining area.

Just finished dinner. #fl24
Everything at this place, down to the ice water, tastes awful or was made with no regard to quality. We had 2 beers, both were draft and flatter than a penny. The chicken tenders were tiny, served on a giant sheet pan to really amplify the small serving, and the chips with salsa, guacamole and cheese were clearly Great Value quality. You’re better off getting food at a vending machine. Worst money ever spent. Service was awful too. The guy that was either the manager or the janitor looked like he just rolled out of bed.

Love this place as a poolside bar. Very convenient only knock we had was that the prices are seeming to get more expensive compared to the quality of the food. Food still satisfies while having drinks but nothing really to be desired. They've changed their menu recipes over the years to where it seems to be more bland of food compared to what it was. Use to look forward to some of their food options, specifically the turkey burger, but they have since changed how it's prepared (no more apple slaw and cranberry mayo). You expect disney-related prices but just wish we could continue to get more quality for what we pay for.

Good food, adequate service, an okay atmosphere for a poolside bar and grill.

We have been coming to Bonnet Creek Resort for over 10 years. We love to be able to stay and enjoy the amenities within the resort, but we have been disappointed with the service and high pricing at Back Bay. We had a lunch of four salads, one app, and 2 drinks and our bill was $137 with a 20% tip automatically added to make it $175. Our service was slow. We ordered one drink to start and after 25 minutes had to go up to the bar to find out where it was. Disappointed. Food was fine, but won't be dining again.
