There is no indication on their website, ordering platform or when you call that they are closed. I tried to go in today to place an order and it’s just closed without any information. Try calling? It goes straight to voicemail.I’ve had the food here before and it’s quite good but it is routinely SO difficult to order from online or over the phone, it’s just not worth it.

Bagels were so good, I just got the surfer (B.E.C). And friendly employees! They were super nice and helpful as it was my first time. Cute little shop, 10/10 suggest trying this place if you haven't already

The B Shop feels a little California when you walk in with the bright colors, fresh plants, and good music playing. But, you will feel like you’re dining in the North East as soon as you bite into their breakfast sandwiches.The BEST prices in town for no nonsense breakfast sandwiches. Add-ons are cheap, not $5. The bagels and breads are fresh. Everything is made to order and comes hot.Get the sunrise on a brioche bun and add a hash brown ?They are some very friendly staff who remember your order by your third visit!We recommend this spot to everyone. This is a joint you can go to daily ?

We ordered bagels and they didn’t tell us they were out of cream cheese, instead we received dry bagels without cream cheese and we were told they were out of cream cheese after we made a complaint about it.

Best bagel spot in Orlando! Highly recommend it ! The cinnamon crunch and everything bagel were amazing. And the best part is that they had dog treats for my pup.

I called 5 times before they answered. I had a simple question less than 30 seconds. When I got to the location, there was only 1 person in the lobby. So I didn't understand why and there were 3 people working.I think an online menu just to see what is available would be beneficial.They do have self-serve water.The person who helped me was nice. Offered for me to try different cream cheese and suggested a sauce.The food was okay. I probably won't come back. I don't live far, and the bagel got chewy, and the toast of it was no longer present. I was excited to try due to how everything looked but... Sandwhich and tater tots came to 15ish.

I'll start off by saying I'm a foodie! This review is based on poor service. We came in and waited 10 minutes before we could place our order. These are what we observed in our 45 minutes wait for 2 sandwiches and a side of Tata totts; orders being mixed up, persons walking in to place their orders but being told they're not taking orders for the next 10 minutes so they walked out, persons waiting with no attention from staff, not enough ingredients for the meals where they had to leave and go buy from the store. Time for our order we were given the wrong order and totts were not ready and bagels were not warmed at all. Another 10 minutes of waiting!! I'm sorry but I'm not sure if we'll be back or recommend this place. To the owner; maybe training staff to be quicker on their feet especially as the place was NOT busy, having a floater cashier who can cash and serve drinks and about 3 cooks who can provide food in a timely manner. Thanks.
