We were seated very quickly and our server was really amazing Kara was very knowledgeable with all the food and drink options on the menu and she was so nice and polite. The only thing is that the food took too long to come. Other than this the best of the best
The staff and food was awesome. It felt dated and stuffy. The low lighting didn't help. I wish it was more like The Loop location, which has high ceilings, and ample lighting.
Sat near the steel drums but still found the noise level manageable. Food was good, service food. Clean. Easy to get to and ample parking.
Both Excellent Service and Food.
My family and I ate here for lunch today and it was great! The food/ drinks were really good and our server Melvin was very attentive and kind. We were taken well care by him and had excellent service!
The food was good, but the server was subpar. She acted like she didn't really like her job. She never checked in on us at all, and it took forever to get our appetizers. I asked for a minute to order and she never came back for 15 mins. I had to wave her over.
The restaurant was empty but the service was very slow. kids burger med/well was raw with blood didn't eat it ,Had to ask twice for sauce for wings, had to ask for water as well. Never clear dirty dishes from table.
Always a great experience with Bahama Breeze. I tried the stuffed plantain bowl for the first time and it was delicious. Added 2 drinks along with it, the ultimate piña colada and rum runner, which hit just right!
Service was great, food was good. Coconut mojito was the worse thing I ever had. Tasted spoiled.
It wasn't great honestly. 2 in our group had to send food back. It took forever to get drinks and order. The food is good when it's right. It's too dark in the restaurant, definitely creates a late night moody bar feel. Bathrooms are clean and staff is nice.

We were seated immediately (went on Mother's Day ) but for a good 30 minutes , nobody came (servers) and we thought we were forgotten! They were obviously short staffed because there were so many empty tables . When she finally came and apologized for the delay , all went smoothly except that they ran out of dessert (not a big deal though!)
They tried to seat us at a table that was being dripped on by the AC, the soup wasn't hot, and my salad was missing 2 menu items from it. Server was nice and manager took care of the salad. My mom had a bad experience at this location a couple weeks ago. Not the best Bahama Breeze location.
Dinner and appetizers were delicious, as always! Love the energy and food, service was great despite it being Mother's Day weekend. Wait time was not long and the server was personable, and we didn't feel rushed. We enjoyed the two different Sangrias, coconut shrimp appetizers, Shrimp tacos and Jerked Mahi Mahi! For dessert we had the Flaming Pineapple Butter Cake!
I ordered the light portion of jerk chicken pasta. There wasn't any chicken in it. The server returned it to the kitchen after I brought it to his attention. When he returned it did have chicken but the pasta wasn't hot. I ate some but was taking it home. Later I got very sick I did not eat any of it at home and threw it out. I've had it many times before but never had an experience like this.
i loved it it was my first time going to bahama breeze with my family i loved the vibes, the waitress was super sweet and friendly we loved her and the food arrived pretty quickly jt was a 10/10
