Service was slow and fish came out severely undercooked. They were apologetic and all but an avoidable experience.

We had a wonderful server for our table of 8. Service was great - she often checked on us and everyone at our table was happy. It was perfect for a family get together for a casual lunch. Each couple had traveled from 4 different cities! Definitely will be back!

Me and my girlfriend had a great experience today. Ms. Q, my waitress, provided outstanding service—attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. The general Manager Ms. Hanane went above and beyond, personally checking in multiple times and even grating fresh cheese onto my pasta, which added a thoughtful touch to the service. The host, Justin, was also excellent; he remembered my order in detail and communicated it seamlessly to the staff. After a less-than-satisfactory visit in the past, today's service truly exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the team’s commitment to delivering a GREAT dining experience!!! although the manager from the previous time walked passed me and greeted every customer after me I guess he’s still upset about the last time nonetheless I enjoyed dinner tonight !
Unfortunately the food is way too expensive for the quality that is served. We ordered the crab dip which was served to us hot, but not melted enough for us to actually dip and the tortillas tasted stale. The taste of the crab dip was very oceanic which shouldn't be what you taste with good crab. I ordered the jerk chicken pasta which arrived in an unappetizing manor served messily onto a deep-centered plate. From view alone, the sauce looked watery and the a good amount of the pasta looked dry. I felt i was being too critical and mixed it up to cover the pasta and went to just eat it.
The sad part is was that the crab dip was probably the best part of the meal. The pasta was very dry and there wasn't enough thickness to the sauce to attribute any flavor to it, the vegetables were undercooked, and the jerk chicken did not have any flavor besides what boiled and lightly seasoned chicken would taste like.
The server was extremely helpful and attentive , but unfortunately the location did not do very well in the food department. For 23 dollars for an entree, the food should be pretty darn good.
