Airport restaurant with very good food! My husband had tacos, and I had beef empanadas and a delicious margarita. The empanadas were served with sour cream and pineapple chutney—sensational. We also had a coconut shrimp appetizer—extremely good. Recommend!

Very slow service . Lethargic and inattentive. Had to scan a QR code to see the menu. Food portion was small. Eggs and bacon were cold. Coffee was bitter. Waitress couldn’t care less. When we got a VISA statement, found that we were billed $10.00 than what I signed for. Now I am waiting for someone to get back to me. Will not be going back to the franchise.
Food was excellent all around. Did find it odd that all the employees seemed so unhappy and lethargic. Our waitress did well at serving us though and we didn’t wait very long to be seated and to receive our food.

Waited for 10 minutes to be seated, everyone ignored us, so I went to a waitress and asked if we could sit at the empty seats- she said give me a minute- then we waited some more and finally we decided to go somewhere else This is horrible service and I didn’t see a manager anywhere in sight. You need to do better or you’ll be losing clients!
Finally got to Bahama Breeze. This location in the terminal opened early, but there was only breakfast menu in the morning with few items and some drinks. We ordered the breakfast tacos which tasted authentic and great. A little disappointed that I missed their shrimps and pastas.

Food and service were great for a busy place. We were seated at the only available table, which were high seats directly behind the host station at the entrance. Drinks were great, not overly strong and tasted very muck like its description. Pricing was incredible. There is an automatic 18% service charge that does not go to the staff. We didn’t order using the QR code and didn’t find out until the end when the waitress asked us to close out our bill using the code. On top of the service charge, the 20% suggested tip amount included the cost of food, tax, and service charge. We were going to tip the owner for charging us a service fee. Our $120 bill was now at $180. I left a 20%tip based on food cost. Really,if not going towards staff, the cost of business should be rolled into food prices or service charge should be prominently displayed. I’ll know and avoid this place in the future. Better option is to go to terminal A food court where there are no hidden costs.

Boring and dull. We had the worst bartender ever (Garett). Not a friendly or welcoming environment. I've never left a $100+tab without tipping until now. If you don't want to be in the service industry, find something else to do. This seems to be a common thing in Florida, but especially egregious when you're behind the bar.

I got the breakfast plate for $15.99. It’s one of those meals where it’s adequate but you still feel scammed.

Asked for water for table, didn't arrive had to ask again, waitress came back with them didn't say anything.
Main food came out before appetiser then the appetiser no room for food waitress asked if we would like to have the main saved and we said we would then she just stood there and then asked us again if wanted the food saved, obviously didn't listen to a word we said.
Rude and obnoxious staff.
Never once asked us if everything was OK, which they did with other tables around us.

Got through the wait list pretty fast. People were nice but didn't see them very often. Ordered a beer and was brought the largest size without asking what size I wanted. Jerk Sandwich was good.

Don't know about food..but the service - HORRIBLE!! Apr 27/2016 around 245pm..no help...basically indicated not his problem to check status on food ordered online. Bahama Breeze management - do better! If you can't handle online orders then don't make that option...plenty of other restaurants at airport where service is much better!

Terrible attitude and non existent service. Waited at the front to be seated in a line of many and nobody came to seat anyone. We walked back and a young janitor yelled at us for stepping where he mopped. Was looking to spend money there but obviously that's never going to happen. It's not the customers fault you guys don't like working there.
