It’s dangerous to live within walking distance of this delightful bakery. I came here three times in the first week it was open. They basically have three things of note - baked goods, dumplings, and bubble tea. The buns and cakes have never disappointed, savory or sweet, though there are some standouts: The red bean bun, the ham and corn roll, and the BBQ pork bun. These have been lunch more times than I care to admit. The chocolate lava roll is soft and pillowy but it’s hit or miss if you get one with enough lava. It’s also worth trying the pork floss if you’ve never had it. I don’t know how it compares to other pork flosses, but it’s a singular experience you should try at least once. It’s like cotton candy meat. The dumplings are delicious, particularly the siu mai. And the boba tea is top notch. You can control the ice and sweetness levels. The tea/milk ratio is always good, and the boba is a perfect texture. I make my own at home, but this is better. I also appreciate that they have infused water freely available. It’s a small thing but makes a difference.

I can honestly say it never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of fresh bread and pastries immediately makes you feel at home. Their croissants are perfectly flaky, the muffins are soft and flavorful, and the breads have that incredible fresh-from-the-oven taste you can’t find anywhere else.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. I also love how they rotate their specials—there’s always something new to try, and it’s always delicious. Whether I’m grabbing a quick breakfast or picking up treats for friends and family, Bakery 1908 delivers top-notch quality every time. Highly recommend to anyone in Orlando looking for authentic, freshly baked goodness!
The baked goods are perfection. The sencha tea was very good, but make sure you ask for it with half the regular sugar. The seating could be more comfortable - it's the kind of place you want to hang out in because there's so many things you'll want to eat.
