This is not a real donut place. It is just like a random empty run down building with overpriced food. Their croissants aren't even original, they are Walmart purchased and sold individually as if they were real baked goods. Their drinks are more overpriced than 7/11 in Winter Park or Windermere. This place is a ghost building with little to no appeal. Dead end.

I have never had a problem with this place, always usually a pleasant experience, food is good, service quick but this morning literally blew my mind, I came in and order two sandwiches, one bacon and one sausage, there was a mix up and they made two bacon I pointed out the mistake and the woman who took my order began to go back and fourth with me about how no I said two bacon and if maybe I wasn’t on the phone I would have known what I ordered, this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable especially when I have been going almost every morning for the last couple months this is not how you treat costumers.

Skip the franchises. This is a nice local place. No fancy bells and whistles just great eakfast and lunch sandwiches, fresh made donuts, bagels and more all at a great price. Not to mention the fast and friendly service. Don't forget to order your morning coffee too.

Hair in food. Disgusting. Have been coming here for years and then that happened. Safe to say the don’t wear hair nets in the kitchen.

Got an ice coffee, a bagel with cream cheese, and a donut. Ice coffee and donut were good for bodega standards. The bagel was really bad. I asked for it toasted, it wasn't. The cream cheese tasted really sour. It was unfortunately inedible. Maybe it was an off day or they were trying to stretch the cream cheese an extra day, but it wasn't good. This was my first time at this location, and I am disappointed.

My husband has been going here since he was a kid and I started going g when we met (about 12 years ago). Service is always good and the donuts/bagels even better. Prices have always been reasonable too! Definitely recommend this family owned place 💖
