While the staff did come to check on us often and make sure we're good, the service was slow. We waited over 20 minutes for a Philadelphia roll and a Vegetable roll. Two of the waitresses we're very apologetic about this which is appreciated but at less than 50% capacity, at 9pm on a Wednesday night, this felt ridiculous.
Other contributing factors to your low score:
The music selection was good, but your sound is poorly balanced and the highs were so very irritating to the ear, my partner had to use ear protection to bear through our unfortunately long sushi wait. Then, for some reason we switched to night club mode and it got uncomfortably loud in there, like, my body is confused trying to eat but it sounds like I'm in a night club? Unnecessary
Also, the trip to the bathroom was... Weird. That mirror hallway is disorienting, and that toilet seat in the women's bathroom that's 5 sizes too small for the bowl looked like it had been there for longer than an accidental order.
You guys tried so hard in some ways, and phoned it in so hard in others... Definitely hard to justify the mandatory 18% gratuity.
Baku and Bryan was great. I celebrated my wedding lunch here Baku is a great lounge to spend some time eat and have a great time with family and friends..Recommended it 100%
