The place has a modern design, a pleasant color palette and good music, which creates an attractive atmosphere. However, the overall experience did not live up to the image they try to project.
Very poor. We were assigned a dirty table and it took them about 10 minutes to clean it, without anyone noticing until we mentioned it. The waiter never introduced himself, we didn't know his name and the service in general was terrible.
The food took too long to arrive. At no time did they offer us a second drink, dessert or any recommendation from the menu, which demonstrates a lack of attention and training of the staff.
The bathrooms were dirty, as were several tables, which leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.
The prices do not justify the bad experience. Furthermore, automatically including 18% service when the service was so poor is completely unjustifiable.
There is an urgent need for better organization and more trained personnel to provide a service in line with the image of the place. A beautiful aesthetic is not enough if care and cleanliness do not meet the basics.

She was customer #1 for more than 8 visits to the place. But today was the worst of the worst. Extremely upset and disappointed. Today's organization was fatal. I made a reservation for 9:30 and even called 1 day before to check that everything was okay and they said yes. I arrive and there is a huge line and then they say there was an error in the system when I called myself yesterday. Nobody comes out to tell us what's going on. From the top 10 that I had, they dropped completely. They wanted to put 1,000 people in one day with so much volume and they didn't know how to organize. Lack, horrible and my anger made me waste my time booking on such a special day with my partner. To top it all off, not even the drinks were made as they were supposed to. And finally the only good news is that the waitress Moiselis was very kind and understanding of the situation. The only excellent waitress the place has. I ended up leaving the place because the food was terrible, even burnt. They ruined my Valentine's Day with my partner.
