Food was cold. Employees don’t care if you mention the food is cold either. It took me an hour to order. Inside it looks like nobody is in any hurry to serve. Please do not waste your time or money here. Worst restaurant I’ve been in an amusement park.

2 hours to order. Just one employee taking orders. Nobody else helping him. Horrible service overall in the park today. At the entrance most of the self service kiosks were not working. The wifi/internet either. No organization whatsoever

Worst place to order food. I ordered food at 1:59pm on the aquatica app, received a confirmation text for Receipt and it stated they would advise when food was ready for pickup. I didn't get that notification until 3:14pm. Time I was leaving as we were hungry. Never ever again I'll go or order from them.

Ordered the salad and the cashier couldn't get the receipt to print so she asked if we needed one. We said yes, so she ended up giving us a zero dollar receipt with no items on it, which was absolutely useless for a travel voucher.
The salad was $17 and they pulled it out of a fridge so the whole thing was cold, including the little bit of chicken with some bbq sauce on it. It was all iceberg lettuce, some shredded cheese and a few beans. Bland and tasteless, so just skip it.
