Is neat that they have a sushi bar at the hotel and it generally has an open seat even though they only have few. The food tasted fresh and it was good enough for a quick bite or craving if you don’t want to go out that night.
I dined there 2 nights and both night the chef seemed flustered, no eye contact or interaction, no pleasantries, there was a waitress that came to ask for drinks and orders and she gave them to the chef. The drink menu was limited, no Sapporo’s or Asahi’s
And I guess funny to me that they had catchup, mayo and mustard for sushi condiments.

Impossible to call or order online (it's inside Rosen center). Long wait, but they were apologetic :-) No miso soup

We have placed an order for the tempura roll after a whole voleyball session in Nationals, and one hour later we told us they did not have the ingredients. This was at 10.45 pm they closed the kitchen, what a fiasco, we had to eat a hamburger and talk to the manager to be able to do so
Terrible experience at the Rosen centre for volleyball Nationals
Unfortunately we were looking forward for this event the whole season…
Sushi was mediocre be

Ordered the Shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna roll and the edamame with extra salt.. picked it up and brought it to the room. Shrimp tempura roll had no flavor, spicy tuna roll was a large piece of tuna with little to no spicy sauce or flavor.. edamame was SO overcooked with little to no salt. $54.. dollar dissapointment..
Expensive, small portions, limited seating, but very tasty. If you want a small, premium meal, this is the place. I like it. If you want a lot of food, I would look elsewhere for a better value.
2 out of 3 Rolls tasted very fishy. Terrible.
Really good sushi. I had several rolls over 2 days and they were all large and well made with fresh seafood. The service was also top notch. If your staying in the hotel, this is a must visit location.
Limited menu. Not a full sushi menu. Just a few items Don’t go here if looking for full sushi menu options. Avery at best
Never made it here...couldn't find the place...called and got a hotel that siad thet were closed.

Sushi was decent. My favorite rolls were not available, so I tried some usual favs. Atmosphere is bar-like. People watching on the strip was entertaining. The outside seating is the place to be.
Very good meal. Chef is on point with selections. We thoroughly enjoyed.
Yes this is the place for the Best Sushi friendly staff
The eel roll was unacceptable
Good sushi, man.
