Zach and Sheila have been GREAT! It's always a plus to have a nicely stocked bar at a hotel. It's even better to have 5 star customer service!! This duo has this covered! Creative cocktails, conversation, and genuine smiles. Thank you both for making this location a go-to convention destination!

Cute place. Limited offerings. But customizable menu. Kids menu too. Kind people working here. We came on a Saturday at 5pm and they said there was no table service at the moment. I'm assuming due to it coinciding with their complimentary drinks time. Took longer than I expected to get salads and grilled cheese.
Kid-friendliness: The kids menu has a lot of options. The lobby had coloring pages and crayons so we took them into the seating area for the restaurant, which is right off the lobby.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a lot of open space, which was helpful for my wheelchair bound sister. We didn't need to move chairs and tables to get to a desired seat.

10, loved the room, clean and beautiful. Loved the breakfast options. Loved the happy hour. Loved the smoking section outside. Nice reception! Great team members. I already recommended you to 2 people. Thanks for following up.
Room was not cleaned the duration I was there. Had to ask for towels. Went to the outside spa and the jets were not on. I was told that I could turn them on via the switch on the wall. I was uncomfortable doing so and I ask for someone to come and turn it on. An engineer came out to do it then proceeded to tell me I could have done it myself.
The service was ok, rook stay was not good at all with bathroom ceiling leaking toliet not working properly. Over charging for parking daily. Breakfast was amazing with hot omelet area great customer service with a very polite server.
I really didn't want to leave this review because the hotel staff were very helpful and seemed terribly understaffed so it wasn't their fault but management I assumed. I arrived and the first room in the middle of the day had two live little roaches and the tv was broken. I moved to the next room and two more live roaches were found. I was given a $75 gift cert to the restaurant but returned it to the desk when I tried to eat the only waitstaff was also cashier and working the bar for free drinks at cocktail hour. I love Hiltons normally and asked if I could get points for my trouble and was denied. So, hopefully they will fog the rooms to kill the roaches for future guests, hopefully.
This Embassy suite is outdated, the rooms have a lot of damaged furniture, rust in the bathroom. The breakfast was very salty on both days, they have people selling vacations while you’re at breakfast which was annoying. The beds were comfortable, our rooms were cleaned and beds made up they have good hospitality. Basic TV, pools are small. Just outdated for a hotel so close to the parks, does not look like pictures. Parking was $22 per night which was unnecessary. Close to a lot of restaurants and the parks which waz a plus.
I have always frequented this establishment in the past and the overall experience has left me supremely impressed with high marks every time. The overnight staff was very courteous and accommodating for our 3 night stay. Zoey was absolutely fantastic. I truly cannot speak enough about her efforts in making our stay a great one. Definitely coming back!
Front desk people were polite and professional. All the common areas were kept neat and clean but the room that I stayed in, not too great. It was old and raggedy. I felt like I was staying in a college dormitory. I will never use this motel again.
I want to acknowledge everyone at this hotel from the front desk, food and beverage, the servers, and the entire sales/event planning team. I contacted the Embassy 9 months prior to our family reunion which was in September 2023 and from the initial conversation everything was simply amazing. The Embassy provided affordable lodging for 30 plus rooms, excellent accommodations from indoor and outdoor pool, social hour(2 complimentary beverages) which every LOVED, the business center for flight check in or printing. The front desk and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to take care of everyone. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping responded to request within 5 minutes! The food selections for the banquet were simply amazing! My family compared the food to southern home cooking! The servers were friendly and provided individual service although this was a buffet setup. I watched the servers fix plates for the children and deliver desserts to elderly members of the family. I cannot make this up, but the cheesecake was comparable to Cheesecake factory! I would highly recommend this hotel for leisure and business needs! You will receive excellent customer service, great food options, excellent alcoholic drinks, great location for walking to nearby shopping and dining. I give this hotel 10 stars!! They also made everyone with a birthday feel extra special with a personalized card left in the room. I can go on and on... • Matthew Mayeda • Simona - Server • Cristian - Server • Bert - Server • Louree - Server • Iasha - Server • Samantha - • Acacia, Sara, and Brooke

If you value your safety do not book at this location. The desk clerk gave me room keys to an occupied room not once but twice. I've never felt more terrified in my life stay at a hotel. The room occupant questioned me repeatedly about trying to access his room, which is understandable but put me in a very dangerous situation. I will never book with this hotel chain again in my life !
Room was fine. Slowest elevators I've ever experienced. "Bar Meets Grill" is barely a bar or a grill, but they do have some food and drink if you're not picky. Pretty limited hours. Staff was fine, which helped make up for the crappy Hilton app lol.
We hosted my father's family reunion at this hotel. PROS: Our meet and greet night with the hotel catering, our banquet and that part of it was great, absolutely outstanding! We dealt with Sales Manager Sasha, and she and her team provided spectacular assistance and went above and beyond to make it a success! Every contact we had with hotel staff was wonderful, from the manager John, to banquet host Ms. Louree and the rest. They made us a part of their family! The breakfast & happy hour service and food were also great! The location is fantastic also. Right on the tourist strip filled with restaurants, attractions many within walking distance. One night we walked 8 minutes up to Pizza Hut, walked across the street to Bahama Breeze for lunch one day, and 7 minutes the other direction to Pirates Cove miniature golf! A Dave and Busters up 5 minutes-- these are all walk times, and on warm summer nights, a nice thing to do. CONS: Unfortunately the hotel is very old, and needs complete refurbishment. 2 of their 4 elevators went out on the 1st day of our stay and stayed out the entire time. Super long waits for the elevators, people packed in like sardines, cleaning staff with huge carts also having to use the 2 working elevators-- it was terrible! The hotel was packed with a convention and a sports tournament so it was crazy inconvenient. The stairs were to the outside so that wasn't an option. The beds were clean and comfy, but our son used the sofa-bed which only came with a sheet, no blanket. Because the hotel was full they didn't have anymore. Had to use multiple sheets folded over. Bathtubs need refurbished also as the coating is stripped off leaving it looking dirty. We used a room for storage, the Manatee room, leading out to the outside and a snake had gotten in! We looked it up, and it said it was non-venomous Key-ring snake but still! It's Florida, though. Oh well. So, an "A" grade for food, drinks, personnel, & staff, and a "D" for the condition of the property.
I was given a room with a conference table and white board instead of a couch. The bathroom for the room size was super small and the tub needs to be resurfaced , as it is stained to the point where no cleaner can get the white new back. They only had one person on staff working the happy hour and restaurant area. The common areas weren’t clean. This overall wasn’t a good value for over 200 a night.
Our two night stay lacked restfulness because of the nonstop traffic noise from I-4. So disappointed that Embassy Suites (Hilton Hotel) would subject guests to such inconvenience. This eliminates my desire for a return stay.
