I didn't know what to expect as the reviews on Yelp are a mix bag. I knew a steak house at a casino must have high standards. It was a lot better than I expected. The bread is very good. I came here with a casino regular. He comes he often to eat and recommended that we ordered several orders of bread. He was not wrong. The bread did not disappoint. They served several types of fresh bread such as a French Bread, an Olive Bread and a Cranberry Bread. The bread is out of this world fresh and delicious. You must order extra. Be careful not to fill up on it though. You've been warned! The Cranberry Bread is the best Lobster bisque is served table side. It's creamy and has the right amount thickness. Solid bisque. Our waitress was Tiffany and she was very attentive and upbeat. She provided very good service. She was very accommodating in brining several orders of bread for our table. I ordered the 8 Ounce Meyer Prime Filet Mignon ($75) and it was good steak and they cooked it to perfection as I requested it cooked medium and it was done just right. We also shared an order of the Carnivore ($22) which included Pepperoni, Sausage and Bacon. We added Mushrooms for additional cost. I knew the pizza would be delicious when I first tried their bread. If you can make great bread then you can definitely make great pizza. From the dough standpoint, the crust of the pizza was crispy yet chewy. I would eat here again. We came here for a 70th birthday dinner & had a nice time. I thought this was the fanciest restaurant in Sycuan Casino, & by looking at their menu prices, you would have thought so too. It is their nicest, sit down restaurant but I was getting Chili's vibes. & the restaurant is not fully enclosed so you can see everyone in the casino so it was louder than expected. Their food is simple & they price their items way more than they should cost. Nonetheless, the dinner was good & we had a nice time. Our server was friendly as well.

Room was not cleaned the duration I was there. Had to ask for towels. Went to the outside spa and the jets were not on. I was told that I could turn them on via the switch on the wall. I was uncomfortable doing so and I ask for someone to come and turn it on. An engineer came out to do it then proceeded to tell me I could have done it myself.

The hostess refused to let me place an order to go to take to my hotel room for my son. And she was rude about it. So I had to sit at the bar, order dinner, and then ask for a box. Stupid and totally customer unfriendly. The bartender was fairly nice about it, but I still had to box my own plate of spaghetti to take to my room. You would think they would be more accommodating to hotel guests.

The service was ok, rook stay was not good at all with bathroom ceiling leaking toliet not working properly. Over charging for parking daily. Breakfast was amazing with hot omelet area great customer service with a very polite server.

I really didn't want to leave this review because the hotel staff were very helpful and seemed terribly understaffed so it wasn't their fault but management I assumed. I arrived and the first room in the middle of the day had two live little roaches and the tv was broken. I moved to the next room and two more live roaches were found. I was given a $75 gift cert to the restaurant but returned it to the desk when I tried to eat the only waitstaff was also cashier and working the bar for free drinks at cocktail hour. I love Hiltons normally and asked if I could get points for my trouble and was denied. So, hopefully they will fog the rooms to kill the roaches for future guests, hopefully.

This Embassy suite is outdated, the rooms have a lot of damaged furniture, rust in the bathroom. The breakfast was very salty on both days, they have people selling vacations while you’re at breakfast which was annoying.The beds were comfortable, our rooms were cleaned and beds made up they have good hospitality. Basic TV, pools are small. Just outdated for a hotel so close to the parks, does not look like pictures. Parking was $22 per night which was unnecessary. Close to a lot of restaurants and the parks which waz a plus.

A bar in Pala recommended we try this place for food. Basic Italian menu but they have a "weekend burger" special. $26 for the most bland burger I've ever had. My buddy got pizza and it was meh. Seems like all the food at Pala is pretty awful.

We can't even rate the food and drinks never got any food or drinks never served. We arrived and were seated. No one ever came to ask us what we wanted to order, no drinks or food not even water. We sat there waiting. The only thing that was brought to the table was bread and butter. Employees kept walking by looking at us but nothing, nothing at all. We sat there waiting for service for at least 30 minutes or longer and NOTHING. We walked out and hostess and manager standing there talking didn't even say anything. WORST service. We will NEVER go back to that restaurant. Horrible experience.
I have always frequented this establishment in the past and the overall experience has left me supremely impressed with high marks every time. The overnight staff was very courteous and accommodating for our 3 night stay. Zoey was absolutely fantastic. I truly cannot speak enough about her efforts in making our stay a great one. Definitely coming back!

Front desk people were polite and professional. All the common areas were kept neat and clean but the room that I stayed in, not too great. It was old and raggedy. I felt like I was staying in a college dormitory. I will never use this motel again.

I want to acknowledge everyone at this hotel from the front desk, food and beverage, the servers, and the entire sales/event planning team. I contacted the Embassy 9 months prior to our family reunion which was in September 2023 and from the initial conversation everything was simply amazing. The Embassy provided affordable lodging for 30 plus rooms, excellent accommodations from indoor and outdoor pool, social hour(2 complimentary beverages) which every LOVED, the business center for flight check in or printing. The front desk and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to take care of everyone. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping responded to request within 5 minutes! The food selections for the banquet were simply amazing! My family compared the food to southern home cooking! The servers were friendly and provided individual service although this was a buffet setup. I watched the servers fix plates for the children and deliver desserts to elderly members of the family. I cannot make this up, but the cheesecake was comparable to Cheesecake factory! I would highly recommend this hotel for leisure and business needs! You will receive excellent customer service, great food options, excellent alcoholic drinks, great location for walking to nearby shopping and dining. I give this hotel 10 stars!! They also made everyone with a birthday feel extra special with a personalized card left in the room. If you value your safety do not book at this location. The desk clerk gave me room keys to an occupied room not once but twice. I've never felt more terrified in my life stay at a hotel. The room occupant questioned me repeatedly about trying to access his room, which is understandable but put me in a very dangerous situation. I will never book with this hotel chain again in my life !
