Horrible, the longest wait 58 minutes waiting for two hamburgers and a sausage and fries. Whatever they've changed, do it again like before. The service has gotten much worse. It's illogical to see how people who ordered after me leave first with their food. I was a frequent customer but I definitely wouldn't go back.

I ordered online and then they called me and they didn't know what to say, first they said they didn't have arepas and then they had already closed so they waited 24 to 48 hours to return me 20 dollars, bad service, they shouldn't use the website if they don't want to do home delivery.
