Located in a busy plaza, bartaco offers a cool ambiance with a popular bar setup. The atmosphere is incredibly comfortable and relaxing, making it a great spot for a quick and tasty snack. The menu features a great variety, including the spicy cucumber salad, street corn appetizers, and delicious items like the chip trio (guac + salsas), chicken verde bowl, Korean BBQ bowl, and Baja fish tacos. The tacos, such as spiced chicken verde and chile-lime shrimp, are small, so ordering a few is a good idea, and they are definitely worth it. The quesadillas with chicken from the kid's menu did not disappoint. While the service can sometimes be slow, the attentive and friendly staff, along with the new manager Rizal’s positive impact, enhances the experience. Affordable prices and creative drink pouches, along with some of the best guacamole, make bartaco a place worth visiting again and again.
