Located in a busy plaza, bartaco offers a cool ambiance with a popular bar setup. The atmosphere is incredibly comfortable and relaxing, making it a great spot for a quick and tasty snack. The menu features a great variety, including the spicy cucumber salad, street corn appetizers, and delicious items like the chip trio (guac + salsas), chicken verde bowl, Korean BBQ bowl, and Baja fish tacos. The tacos, such as spiced chicken verde and chile-lime shrimp, are small, so ordering a few is a good idea, and they are definitely worth it. The pork belly taco is juicy and fulfilling, while the roasted duck taco is also a favorite. The quesadillas with chicken from the kid's menu did not disappoint. While the service can sometimes be slow, the attentive and friendly staff, including servers like Sam and Estefany, enhance the experience. Chef Ish even stops by to check on guests.
