I'm disappointed to share that I received subpar service at the bartaco location in Dr. Phillips today at 7:38. Despite being a loyal customer for 4 years and spending a significant amount of money at this location ($160), the service I received was lacking.
I requested that the door be closed due to the cold and windy weather. When I politely said "thank you" to Victoria, she ignored me and didn't respond. Her attitude was unfriendly and dismissive.
I understand that employees can have bad days, but I expect bartaco to take steps to ensure that their employees provide excellent service to customers. Victoria's behavior was unacceptable and does not reflect well on the bartaco brand.
I hope that steps will be taken to improve customer service at this location.

We stopped in bartaco because of a recommendation from a coworker of mine. We planned to maybe get 1 or 2 tacos a piece. We ended up getting SIX per person! Lol (they are mini tacos) This place is insanely good. One of the best places I've eaten in Orlando!! The flavors are crazy! Our top 3 are definitely the pork belly, the duck, and the chicken. The hostess, Paula, thoroughly explained the menu, also giving us her favorite choices. The manager, Manny, came by many times, chatting with us and also giving us recommendations. He even threw in an extra portion of chips and salsa. You can tell this place puts a lot of love into their very unique menu. We will be coming back as soon as possible!!

The staff here is very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and very FRESH! The bar had a great selection and the bartenders had amazing suggestions and creative freedom. Highly recommend for a night out.

Really enjoy visiting this location. The food is always great and the staff is friendly and responsive. Their menu has some items that rotate as well which is nice. The food quality is definitely above average and their drinks both adult and kid friendly are tasty.

Vegetarian options: Not the regular boring vegetarian selections that most Mexican restaurants offer. These tacos had amazing flavor!!
The food is decent but frankly the servers need some training, there's minimal to no service. Our server didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink, never checked up on our table and when we tried asking for the check he was just making conversation with the bartender while staring at his phone.

Love Bartaco! Great atmosphere! Delicious food, absolutely delicious! My favorite is the Pork Belly Tacos and the guacamole. Good cocktails and non alcoholic beverages as well. Highly recommend trying out Bartaco if you haven't already!! You will not regret it:)
