I've been looking for a Baskins Robbins near my home, but Dunkin Donuts have started shutting them down. :(I dropped someone off at Orlando Airport and searched for a Baskins Robbins near there, some were closed, some only do scoops of ice cream with maybe 6 flavors, this location does have what I'm used to seeing in a Baskins Robbins AND the Cappuccino Blast which is my fave. ?The two employees working there were so nice and very helpful.I do hope that there will be a Baskins Robbins to open up near my home.

Dear management. Are you serious?No Sunday container, no long spoons. Had to eat this Sunday uncomfortably in this long cup, using this kiddy spoon. Your employee doesn't even know when spoons arrive.Also, Dunkin people, what happened to the french crullers?

I ordered chocolate ice cream in a waffle bowl. Was told they had no more bowls. While I was disappointed, no worries I’ll take a waffle cone. Pulled up to the window. Young lady comes and says, “I’m sorry we are out of waffle cones”,and offers a cake cone or a sugar cone. Sighing, I asked for ice cream in a bowl with a sugar cone. It takes her a few minutes, hands me the ice cream with lid and cone. I then ask for a spoon. She says, we do not have any spoons, my manager forgot to order them. ??????????

Just stopped in at this BR for some ice-cream....vacationing from Iowa....and the manager & staff were super friendly!!We were there at closing and he opened for us....that's service! Loved the ice-cream and we really appreciate this staff going above & beyond!! Thank you!

The ice cream was mislabeled. The staff was not nice. We started off with one waiting on us then another finished. Ice cream was good but the waffle cone was not. Would not recommended and will not go back.

I ordered a special cake for mother's Day for my wife should have been ready at 5:00 p.m. Saturday showed up approximately 5:30 Saturday they did not have my cake tried to imply that the cake was there they delivered it to the store but no cake. When I asked if they could make another one and have it ready for the next day I was told no take what we have that's all we can offer they did return my money but very unsatisfied very unprofessional although the person at the counter was very polite the boss on the phone was not. Try to do something special and ordered a $38 cake they will not get any business from me and I will tell everybody not to shop at this dunkin' donuts / Baskin-Robbins.

How can you charge me for a double scoop waffle cone and then I get to the window and you are OUT of waffle cones...just sold the last one although no one was in front of me. How can you run out of cones?? Then the ice cream you gave me was extremely soft and already melting... oh and the first flavor I asked for ( listed in the website?) they don’t have...hmmmmm...

Worst ice cream experience ever..clerk could care less about waiting on anyone, unless you were young and cute! Place was a disaster. Asked for sugar free ice cream. He points to 2 different containers and says, it COULD be 1 of these. Not only did you lose our business, you lost the business of everyone that was waiting behind us. NEVER AGAIN!

Just came back from this location and they were out of chocolate chip ice cream so I decided to get the prepackaged vanilla ice cream ,waited at the counter for 10 minutes before a worker decided to take my order waited another five minutes before the worker gave me a bag to put my ice cream in .the only customers in the restaurant were a couple of bums using the free WiFi whoever the manager is they need to get their act together
