Air conditioning was broke, so hot inside this place with very tiny parking to top it , once I try theirs own version of a 8 dollars chocolate milk shake, made mostly of ice, that taste like ice mixed with a tea spoon of icecream, become very frustrated, whoa, what a huge disparity between this landnark location and such lousy low quality service.

I arrived before they closed which they close at 6 and the door was already locked. Couldn’t get anything. Was disappointed because there is no BR in my home City in Arkansas.

Visiting while on vacation. Walked to get ice cream. Arrived at 5:54 only to find the doors already locked. According to the website they closed at 6. To make matters worse, the guys looked at us and pointed to his watch and shrugged his shoulders. Y’all got to do better.

Went to Baskin Robbins to get some ice cream and the air conditioning was broken in the middle of July at 95 degrees. I am 7 months pregnant and had to go to back out to the car to cool off because I thought I would pass out. I can’t even imagine what that poor employee was going through. This location should absolutely not be open until there is air conditioning- no one should have to work under those conditions. Please shut it down, pay your employees some disaster relief while you get the A/C back up and running. This should be illegal.

Stopped here with my kids after a long day at a water park and very tired. Kearah greeted us with a nice smile and patience while we were getting to figure out what we wanted. She made our 2 milkshakes and 2 small cups quickly and was pleasant through the whole purchase. We will definitely be back due the great customer service!

Horrible experience, the boy who served me helped me with my order even though I had to wait for it, I asked him 2 questions and he answered go ahead and make up your mind that you are standing in a long line and I was only asking him if you had syrup and he even dares to You can't tell me, as if I knew the inventory. The one who stood in the long line was the one who was slow. Anyway, because of his horrible attitude and because he disrespected me and so as not to lower myself to his level and not put on a tremendous show, I left and he said thank you for leaving. That happened today, Sunday, April 30, 23 at 4:38 pm, after it took so long, he dared to bother me.
