Mario was so incredibly friendly. He helped us wiith ice cream flavor recommendations and then thoughtfully split our shake into 2 smaller cups without even being asked since we were going to share it. So thoughtful and a great experience overall!

This Baskin Robbins store is a JOKE !!! They have the prepacked ice-cream in a LOCKED freezer !!! The employees never have the key to it !! And the close before it's schedule of 10:00 p.m. The Franchisee needs to be penalized!!! It's damaging the Baskin Robbins name !!
