I came here at 9:53 and the hours say they close at 10 and they told me that they close at 9:50. Who closes at 9:50???

This Baskin Robbins is inside a Dunkin is a poor looking shop. Flavor selection is limited and dated. All tubs of ice cream were half full yet the inside of the tub still covered with thin layers of ice cream yielding a mix of stale icy flavors. My waffle cone was stale as well. The cashier was unable to make change without the register telling him what to count back.
If you want Baskin Robbins I suggest you go to a full store not this hybrid since their emphasis appears to be on donuts.

Don’t bother ordering ahead, they will just sell your order. Placed an order for a polar pizza for my wife’s birthday and they sold it without having another in stock. Thank you sincere Dunkin for screwing up her birthday then offering to make it right by having me drive 30 min away to maybe pick up another one if they have it….

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Baskin Robbins. My children were so excited to have their very first Banana Split, but it turned into a complete disaster. We went online to customize our treats, only to arrive at the store and be told that they were out of bananas. Fine, we can work around that. But then, to our dismay, they didn't have a single one of the 6 flavors we had chosen for our ice cream. How can an ice cream shop be out of ice cream flavors? It was a huge letdown for my kids and myself. We ended up getting a refund and driving to another ice cream shop to salvage our evening. I will definitely not be returning to Baskin Robbins after this terrible experience.

I went to this location because the other location had no mint chocolate ice cream. On the way to this location I tried calling to find out if they had it only of course no one answers phones these days. Made it to this location in drive thru only to no surprise they were out of mint chocolate chip ice cream also. So I just got a double scooped chocolate chip ice cream sundae instead with extra cherries. Pulled up to window paid and waited. Then the employee came and said they were out of cherries…smh. I said forget it. He then comes and hands me the sloppiest sundae I’ve ever seen with no lid and spoon placed in it like I was ready to eat it!!!! I’m in drive thru for a reason , it’s to go!!!! No common sense at all. Hot fudge was so thick I could barely enjoy it. It’s supposed to be melted chocolate i mean it’s called hot fudge for a reason. Will not go to this location again. Need better management, better customer service, better inventory on products!!!!

I’m not sure who’s running this store but they need to do a better job with keeping inventory 9 out of 10 times you’ll find that they don’t have ice-cream flavors. I placed an order and the only had 3 flavors and no ice-cream cones available. This has to be very frustrating for the employees and of course, for the customers.

Every time I go to this location they don’t haveBananas so of course I go in wanting to get a banana split but can’t because apparently to me they don’t stock bananas. I went to the location on Thursday April 4 and couldn’t get what I went into get and of course this was not the first time. Terrible management terrible customer service. If your looking to get something like a banana split or possibly something else I strongly recommend not going to this location to do some research and find another location that hopefully is better at stocking inventory and has a better management team. They should freaking close this location permanently

I just visited this Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins location, and they had very limited ice cream availability. We've been here more than 5 times, and it's always the same issue. Sadly, it's the closest location for us, and the problem persists time and again. Some management intervention is needed because, unfortunately, there's no improvement. It seems like they lack effective administration. It's better not to waste your time coming here. It's sad and disappointing.

NEVER SEEN A DD place this unorganized, unfriendly, unsanitary. Went to get jelly donuts and ice cream as a treat for my son for his birthday and not only service was terrible, donuts didn’t look good or tasted good and ice cream serving was so little, employee didn’t wear gloves on both hands, My son could barely eat so we went to another DD place and got Jelly donuts, thank goodness they were way better.I guess the owner doesn’t care about customers experience otherwise they would have done something after looking at these reviews.

This place is horribles. Their staff is unfriendly and they never have the ice cream flavors. After waiting 30 mins in line today, no pralines or cookies and cream ice cream. Reported my discontent with the inventory issues and was told I could have come inside to check. When I raised the obvious issue of lack of customer service skills, the manager or contact information was not available.Briana and Tonya who are the alleged managers weren’t available either. It is clear that their absence shows with the lack of customer service skills from their staff and inventory issues.
