Every time I go to this location they don’t haveBananas so of course I go in wanting to get a banana split but can’t because apparently to me they don’t stock bananas. I went to the location on Thursday April 4 and couldn’t get what I went into get and of course this was not the first time. Terrible management terrible customer service. If your looking to get something like a banana split or possibly something else I strongly recommend not going to this location to do some research and find another location that hopefully is better at stocking inventory and has a better management team. They should freaking close this location permanently

I just visited this Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins location, and they had very limited ice cream availability. We've been here more than 5 times, and it's always the same issue. Sadly, it's the closest location for us, and the problem persists time and again. Some management intervention is needed because, unfortunately, there's no improvement. It seems like they lack effective administration. It's better not to waste your time coming here. It's sad and disappointing.

NEVER SEEN A DD place this unorganized, unfriendly, unsanitary. Went to get jelly donuts and ice cream as a treat for my son for his birthday and not only service was terrible, donuts didn’t look good or tasted good and ice cream serving was so little, employee didn’t wear gloves on both hands, My son could barely eat so we went to another DD place and got Jelly donuts, thank goodness they were way better.I guess the owner doesn’t care about customers experience otherwise they would have done something after looking at these reviews.

This place is horribles. Their staff is unfriendly and they never have the ice cream flavors. After waiting 30 mins in line today, no pralines or cookies and cream ice cream. Reported my discontent with the inventory issues and was told I could have come inside to check. When I raised the obvious issue of lack of customer service skills, the manager or contact information was not available.Briana and Tonya who are the alleged managers weren’t available either. It is clear that their absence shows with the lack of customer service skills from their staff and inventory issues.

We entered this location today sunday 8/20And was greeted by an annoyed employeeWhen i asked him how his day was he said "okay i guess" super annoyed I'm assuming by the size of our party (10)When i asked for vanilla for my son with diabetes (we gave him insulin to cover what he was going to eat before getting there)He said what you see here is all we got, while still annoyed!Which i can understand for random flavors but vanilla?? I don't ever go out of my way to complain but we really had the worst experience at this store! The people, the lack of products, the messy, just not pleasant!I write this in hopes that they get it together for future guests!

It’s 7:20 pm and you worker doesn’t want to clean again the blender, just saying he doesn’t have a blender or he doesn’t have cones, you guys close at 10 pm and he don’t want to do any work cause he’s working by himself.. too bad, costumer experience first.

My friend and I ordered waffle cones with chocolate and snickers ice cream. We were disappointed to find out the ice cream and waffle cones tasted stale. Also, the workers handled our cones with their bare hands. Definitely not their best location.

I'm giving 3 stars because the people were very nice on the phone and on-site when I picked up my pre-ordered cake... but this cake is so opposite of the color it is supposed to be and definitely smaller than it's supposed to be, that I cannot believe it was 40 dollars. I had balloons in a hot vehicle, drove 20 min out of the way to get it and was going straight to the party it was for so what could I really do about this pre-paid cake ordered 2 days in advance.. so so disappointing!

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Is either they ran out or they don’t have certain equipment. For the past days literally been trying to get a Cappuccino blast. To me I believe they don’t want to make it. I will be posting it to TikTok everyone needs to know not to come here.

Worst experience ever. Ordered through Uber and the employee was rude to the driver and yelled that he didn’t have any of the 5 flavors I ordered. He then said they don’t have toppings because they are not a full store. Remove the items if they aren’t available.
