Ordered off postmates and got a call from our driver that this baskin robbins have absolutely N O T H I N G. No ice, no milkshake, no cookies. What do they sell there? I'm just a bit confused.

I honestly adore Dunkins but this location is terrible at customer service. I live on Dunkins and their service and craft doesn't live up to Dunkin's promise.

This Baskin Robbins NEVER has mint chocolate chip ice cream and they don’t know what “Boosts” are. I usually always get a mint chocolate chip Cappuccino Blast with extra boosts (Extra caffeine) when I stop by a Baskin Robbins. Of the three times I’ve stopped by this location within the past 5 months, I have always left empty handed and disappointed.

We went here last night last minute at 930 pm. The service was outstanding! Alex was extremely helpful. I forget the guys name who was working with her, but both of them were personable and extremely helpful and attentive. We split a banana split which we have not had in years and it was perfect. Would highly recommend for everyone to go fill their sweet tooth!!!

Sorry I didn't get their names but girl had red and blue hair she was just super sweet and very honest and guy who was working with her was super nice as well. We were all so indecisive and they were just so helpful and patient with the 3 of us. Again wish I could be giving them compliments by their names but you 2 know who you are and keep doing what your doing you guys are AWESOME 😀

The girl that just helped me obviously hates her job and maybe her existence, didn't even care to acknowledge that we were on the store. She jammed two scoops of ice cream in a really really small container and got annoyed when we asked for a bigger one, because the one she gave us was a complete mess. I don't expect much from chains like this but annoys me that getting ice cream becomes something annoying and not enjoyable because of the staff ! Get it together!

This place sucks. Literally nobody here and I'm waiting 10 mins for my cappuccino blast. Also the bar in front of the ice cream has melted ice and I put my bag of donuts on the counter and they got soaking wet.

Rude staff! Went for an iced coffee and I guess the lady didn't hear what I said when she asked what I wanted and she yelled through back to me “HELLOOOO!†instead of asking me politely to repeat what I said or say “excuse me?â€. Got to the window and they were rude there as well, no hello no thank you nothing. The drinks tasted terrible as well obviously they don't know what there doing. Definitely not going back there.

I went through the drive through with my family. When we ordered the employee sounded like he didn't want to be there, and when we asked for three different flavors of ice cream he said they were out. You're out of vanilla ice cream? How do you run out of a classic? We decided to go over to Dairy Queen instead.

I always give this location 5-stars; my mentee and I were scheduled to meet here but he didn't show. So, I ended up with my favorite coffee, which is an Extra Large Coffee (half decaf, half dark roast, 2-pumps blueberry, 3 Spendas, and 6 creams!) And, with my AARP, I got a free Old Fashioned Donut. To save time, I had ordered him a small Latte, so that went to waste, unfortunately. As on prior visits, the same lady who always waits on me was there; but, the name on the receipt was different. She was working the register, making coffee, and serving donuts all at once. She's very friendly and personable and very efficient.
