We have gone here so many times and they never have any of the normal flavors. When will they actually order enough of the items they can tell are highly requested? I’ve finally sworn off this location because they are rude and are always out of stock.

Wow!!! To start off the drive through was not moving so we went inside the lady says “what do you want…” then we looked in the freezer they didn’t have vanilla chocolate strawberry or cookies and cream… they had a cookies and cream and coffee flavor so I asked if they had a regular she said no this is what we got so I said ok never mind then and as we are leaving she says I hate people man… WILL NEVER EVER BE GOING BACK

I went in maybe 20 minutes ago with my family for some ice cream, coffee, and donuts and left with a smile I just had to write a review. Jalen and the nice woman (I didn’t get her name) were very attentive and worked fast, Jalen chose to share some kindness with my family and I which we appreciated. Thank you for the great experience!

Baskin Robbins and Dunkin' have seriously gone down in quality since the 90s. I had to wait 10 minutes in front of the speaker in the drive-thru before my order was taken. Also, they never have french crullers. That's one of the most popular donuts and they never make enough. They don't make them after the morning rush. That's nonsensical!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went to get ice cream but they told me they were cleaning the machines and had no ice cream available…how do you not have ice cream when you are still open and you’re an ice cream place? Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.
