Brooklyn was super nice and helpful with helping me try new flavors and made a great sundae! Would recommend this place for anyone looking for tasty ice cream and friendly service!

We were given a semi 1 scoop of ice cream from a miserable lackadaisical young girl. Who clearing was not happy with her job. She didn't even have the strength to form a scoop of ice cream!!! When I asked for a full scoop, she replied it was a full scoop and she can get in trouble if the cameras caught her giving us more. Poor customer service and no where near 31 flavors. Travel a little further to another BR. Better yet stop at Walmart and buy a pint of ice cream and some cones. You'll be a lot a happier.

There weren't many good ice cream flavors to choose from. The names of them weren't listed. The employees didn't know what flavors they were. Some containers looked old as if they had been there a while or melted and refroze.

Terrible service, the cashier ignored me after charging me and did not give me my order, it passed to several people and I had to complain so that she would attend to me

Absolutely awful! Staff was rude as all hell I almost walked out completely but family insisted we stay. We waited forever for the two girls behind the counter to even acknowledge us. One was helping other customers at the register so we were paitent but when the other girl came out from out back we tried to ask what some of the flavors were and she was very unenthusiastic as snippy. None of the ice cream was labeled and what was was incorrect. The girl "helping" us snapped at us when we asked what flavors where what. There were ants all over the wall in the booth we sat in. Do not go here! I will not be back!

Poor customer service, not very clean.the young black girl behind the counter, most likely didn’t want any customers to come in because she definitely didn’t want to work. What a horrible experience stay away from this place.

Not only did I go there at 8 pm, but I was in line behind many others having problems ordering. When it came time to me , they just went to the back although they knew I was there. Then proceeded to make eye contact when they came back up and went back again. When a guy finally came to take my order he tried the best he could be they were out of an ice cream. So they kindly went and brought it from the back. But the other person seemed to not care or want to work. I have repeated my order numerous of times now and expected it to not be hard to get right. But instead got it entirely wrong. This order was for my pregnant girlfriend who was craving ice cream a certain way and was sadly disappointed. Not only ruined my night but hers as well. I am seeing lots of reviews of the same exact people too. The owner and/or management really needs to be on top of this if they really care. If they don’t, then sell it and move on because they could really make some money here and great returning customers but they need to know this store sucks first.

The gentleman behind the counter had to be corrected 100 times because he didn't listen to a word I was saying. The lady manager had a nasty attitude and said she couldn't make something that we ordered at 100 different baskin Robbins before, so my wife was upset and didn't want anything from this place. I had a sandwich and it was sloppy. I will NEVER come here again. Horrible experience.
