The service, including customer service, isn't great. When you place an order, they don't look at you with a smile or speak to you nicely. Additionally, the orders come out one by one, and even though we were there before others, we have to wait while everyone else gets their orders. Their teamwork is lacking, and the overall atmosphere is unpleasant. I won't be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts.

The lady with the short haircut is awesome. If you are looking for an amazingly rich ice cream-coffee shake, get the cappuccino blast with some form of coffee ice cream. This location knows how to make them.

I came in for my birthday and showed the lady at the register an email with a code sent from BR for 1 scoop of ice cream. She was very rude and did not even help me at all even though she saw me struggling and then told one of the costumer's to show me, acting like if it was my fault or I ever worked for BR and was supposed to know how to do her job. All of that for a scoop of ice cream that was supposed to be gifted to me and make me feel good on a special day like my birthday. It is not the first time I visit BR and the employers are rude. This is pretty uncomfortable.

Terrible service with bad attitude from the staff. When ordering a sundae, the young man behind the counter made it with all of the toppings without asking any questions. When I told him that my son doesn't eat nuts, he was upset with us for not telling him. While mumbling under his breath, he simply scraped the topping off and put new whipped cream on top without the nuts and dropped it on the counter in front of us. Not only was his attitude terrible, if my son had an allergy to nuts, it would have been dangerous. Not one sign of it being something that he should have done differently but rather it was our fault. So much for customer service and the restaurant wasn't clean enough to eat in anyway.

Went here for ice cream. Guy serving ice cream was friendly. No cones and only tiny spoons. There was a man outside that looked liked he had dementia that then went inside behind the counter. Stay away from here.

hi I'm just saying Baskin-Robbins tastes like freaking squirrel meat and they almost ran out of ice cream and when I tried vanilla it tastes like nothing. But... there was some great service but they where very slow and there ice cream was very heavy. I do not recommend this eating here.

They hav 31 flavors but all the flavors are not available in all the branches...it’s the same old same old flavors...no use boasting we hav 31 flavour ...I can’t find lemon custard anywhere in Florida
